J ai adoré ce site exceptionnel pour les gens qui aiment le plein air c’est vraiment bien merci!
Pros:

J ai tout aimé l emplacement, la propreté, la grandeur de la chambre, le gym, le sauna, l accessibilité aux kayak etc…

Cons:

J aurais aimé qu ils aient un comptoir lunch sandwich etc je suis arrivée après 9h affamée et tout était fermé même les restaurants aux alentours

Nous avons apprécié cet hotel, les activités pour enfants ainsi que la plage.

Cons:

Nous avions demandé une chambre communicante avec notre famille
Il nous ont séparé dont 1 chambre au 2e et 1 chambre au 3e !!!! Pas fort!!!
L’employée à la réception ne m’a pas avisé de ce fait même si je lui ai rappelé que j’avais écrit la semaine précédente pour en faire la demande.

Lovely resort
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view on the lake was lovely.

Cons:

Not enough plugins - with a computer, phones, watches etc. it was a challenge to get all of our devices charged.

Très bien mais aurais pu être encore meilleur.
Pros:

Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. L’endroit est propre et chaleureux.

Cons:

La douche dans notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien. Il s’agit de problèmes qui devaient nécessairement être connus du personnel de nettoyage. Or, la chambre nous a tout de même été attribué; sans doute parce que l’hôtel était plein. Dommage. À défaut d’avoir réparé la douche, J’aurais apprécié être informé des problèmes. Cela aurait démontré à quel point le personnel se soucie de notre bien être.

Great location, food was great but service and cleanliness can be better

The food was great and always so fresh, i really loved the location and the lake was so calming and nice

Cons:

We stayed for two nights, after the first night when we came back to the room it was not cleaned and when we questioned it we were told they only clean rooms after tje second night of stay. We had to sit with my kids dirty pampers in the bathroom for two nights beacuse apparently they cannot even remove the bathroom trash.
Our room phone was not working upon checking in and when they replaced it with a new phone it still was not working so we had to go down to the front desk when we needed something. My daughter got hurt and i called the main hotel number from my cell asking for first aid kit , they told us we need to go to the front desk to pick it up
