Pros:

Tout! Très belle chambre, personnel efficace et aimable, très bons cocktails, bon restaurant, le lac et sa plage à proximité immédiate, le kayak sur le lac...parfait!

Très bien mais aurais pu être encore meilleur.

Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. L’endroit est propre et chaleureux.

Cons:

La douche dans notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien. Il s’agit de problèmes qui devaient nécessairement être connus du personnel de nettoyage. Or, la chambre nous a tout de même été attribué; sans doute parce que l’hôtel était plein. Dommage. À défaut d’avoir réparé la douche, J’aurais apprécié être informé des problèmes. Cela aurait démontré à quel point le personnel se soucie de notre bien être.

Great location, food was great but service and cleanliness can be better

The food was great and always so fresh, i really loved the location and the lake was so calming and nice

Cons:

We stayed for two nights, after the first night when we came back to the room it was not cleaned and when we questioned it we were told they only clean rooms after tje second night of stay. We had to sit with my kids dirty pampers in the bathroom for two nights beacuse apparently they cannot even remove the bathroom trash.
Our room phone was not working upon checking in and when they replaced it with a new phone it still was not working so we had to go down to the front desk when we needed something. My daughter got hurt and i called the main hotel number from my cell asking for first aid kit , they told us we need to go to the front desk to pick it up

Beautiful place to relax
Pros:

Just everything. It’s a beautiful place to spend timw with a partner or a family . The restaurant and its view was a top notch.

Bel hôtel et bel emplacement pour faire des activités sportives extérieures
Pros:

Emplacement, commodités (gymnase, resto sur place), vue sur le lac, amabilité du personnel. Propreté dur lieu.

Cons:

Divan peu confortable dans la chambre et peu de capsules de café mises à disposition dans la chambre.

L’ambiance en général et le décor bois chic . L’emplacement et la vue c’est vraiment super .’on a aimé qu’il y ai des activités inclus dans l’hôtel
Comme les cours de yoga , le fatbike le gym le spa ect . Le restaurant est délicieux . C’était agréable d’avoir les accessoires dans la chambre comme lavabo coutellerie micro onde ect . Un plus pour la propreté et la beauté des lieux .
