Hotel was very close to entrance of Biltmore. It was extremely clean and staff, especially bartender, were kind and professional.
The breakfast was confusing. It wasn’t explained that it was free but several things could be added on for a upcharge. No towels at pool.
Location, cleanliness, staff, linens—all were excellent.
It would have been nice to have two comfortable chairs intheroo .
The menu for breakfast is limited to a few items.
Clean and modern

Breakfast RIP-OFF. By far the most deceiving way to present continental style breakfast as included when it's not. Paid $17 per person for a nasty, underbaked croissant and three thin small slices of dried out cheese. Mostly, when we got to breakfast the girl did not explain clearly that it's not included with the stay. What I heard her say it that if you want to order "a la carte" there is a charge, so I thought that by simply avoiding ordering from the menu and choosing the (poor) quantity and quality continental that we should be fine. I don't mind having to pay for it, when breakfast has more than a plate with dried cheese, thin slices of salami and underbaked out of the box croissants. Even the hotels that are below this rank and include breakfast, do a much better job in what you have. I emailed the manager, Mabel, back and forth and Mabel stopped replying. It's a chain and you are nobody to them. No responsibility taken. I gave them a chance to correct it, so here is the review you get out there in the world for others to beware. Stayed 3 nights, spent over $500, no response from the manager over $30 breakfast charge. My main complaint is: lack of clarity about the charge. They need to make customers aware upon check-in. When I checked in and asked the front desk guy "is breakfast included", he replied " we do have breakfast 6:30a - 10a", omitting the charge detail. Deceiving! If the manager replies and says "oh, we dont have a record or anything of that sort" I will post screenshots of our emails back and forth.
This hotel is located within a quick drive to all points in Asheville. It is in easy walking distance to the Biltmore Village. It is very modern and clean. The breakfast is good but when we passed through the line there were very few items of enact type. The hot items were not hot enough. There was a decent selection. Rooms could use more storage. There are only two small drawers and a hanging rack.
The hotel is very clean and well-appointed. Unfortunately there is very loud machinery running on and off all the time, including all night. My husband and I did not sleep. The manager was kind enough to comp the room but our weekend was rough without rest.
Location
Service at the reception was great! The friendly concierge was the highlight of our stay. Other aspects were good too - rooms were clean, functional, comfortable and decor was stylish. There were ample parking lots in the open air carpark of the hotel, and each floor has a water and ice dispenser which I really enjoyed.
Rooms were really designed well. The rooms and entire hotel were spotless. Great location close to Biltmore Estate. Even though not downtown, the town was just a few minutes drive away. Good gym.
Convenience of the hotel and friendly staff
Need a fan in the room
It was a quiet and quanti hotel. The location was exactly where I needed to be.
There were a few cleaning errors in my room, but I didn't complain about them there.
Comfortable! Clean!
No microwave in the room??
I loved everything about this hotel, less than 1 year old. When we checked in, I told Gabrielle this was our first time staying in an AC hotel and asked her what we could expect. She kindly and graciously explained the history and thought processes that went into creating the decor and vibe that AC hotels are known for. She also upgraded us to a King 1-bedroom suite. From the moment my husband and I entered our suite, I instantly felt calm, relaxed, and at home. We had gorgeous views of mature trees and quiet neighborhoods from our living room picture window and bedroom balcony. Comfy bed, great shower, thirsty towels, and a comfortable room temperature made for a perfect experience. We will be back!
Had an issue with the refrigerator, we needed to keep medicine in overnight. The front desk staff was great, tried to assist, but they were not familiar with the setting and operation of the refrigerator. I actually googled the instructions for setting the temperature, which were unsuccessful.
The staff ended up upgrading us to a room with a working refrigerator.
We had expected a complimentary breakfast as indicated in the booking app, but that was not the case,
The staff at the breakfast were not very friendly when they informed us, so we left without breakfast.
Beautiful hotel, nice employees, comfy rooms and big showers, close to everything in a nice area and good views from the windows.
Nice lobby, friendly staff. Very clean.
Lack of walkability, which will improve as the restoration of Biltmore Village from the Helene event continues.
