This hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Being a new hotel, I appreciated the updated design of the rooms and facilities, which seemed well thought-out. The fitness center had free weights, a cable machine, stair stepper and treadmill, which was unexpected and convenient. The indoor pool looked meticulously maintained. So happy to have stayed here and would happily do so again!

Hotel was beautiful, clean, very inviting. The breakfast was great. The employees were so friendly and courteous. I will definitely be back there again.

I recently got married in the event space at this hotel. The front desk agents were very accommodating. The staff worked hard to ensure we had a special day. The catering was excellent. The room was very nice and clean. The pool was nice and we enjoyed the breakfast.

I had an amazing stay at AC Hotel Nashville Downtown and would absolutely stay here again.
Check-in was smooth and easy, and right away the staff set the tone—everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with anything I needed. Top-tier service.
As a Tesla owner, the on-site Tesla Superchargers were a huge plus and made this hotel the perfect choice. Parking was also great and very convenient, which is rare for a downtown location.
The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, modern, and well designed. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made working and streaming effortless. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and well worth it.
The amenities really stood out:
• The gym was well equipped and easy to use
• The pool was solid and relaxing
• The hot tub was AMAZING—perfect after a long day
Location-wise, you can’t beat it. The hotel is very close to the center of downtown Nashville, making it easy to get everywhere without the chaos of being right in the middle of the noise.
Overall, this hotel checked every box—comfort, convenience, amenities, service, and location. If you’re staying in Nashville, this is an excellent choice. I’ll definitely be back.

We are here now and are really enjoying our stay. The staff have been kind and professional and very friendly. I had a question about a charge at breakfast and the young woman training other staff came over and explained it very patiently. This hotel is brand new and still smells like new construction. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfy, the shower is nice and hot with good pressure. There are lots of power outlets which makes it easy to charge multiple devices. Plenty of parking that’s complimentary and the breakfast was pretty good. Staff is restaurant was very attentive. Every single front desk person we encountered has been great. Last night we thought our thermostat was malfunctioning in the room, so my husband called down for help- it was totally user error, but the woman at the front desk was really sweet about it. All in all I would stay again.

Good value, great location and modern yet casual elegance. The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable. Great breakfast and service by the attentive staff. Friendly and hospitable.
