Pros:

Great location directly next to tube station Aldgate East. Staff is super friendly especially Filip! Every small problem was resolved as soon as possible and we were looked after. Room was spacious, quiet, breakfast was very good although crowded when hotel is full.

Cons:

Elevators often not working, long queue to go to the room!

Pros:

The location was great with the tube station nearby. Great choice of restaurants in close proximity

Cons:

There were issues with the air conditioning in one of our rooms. We had to change rooms immediately after arrival and then the second room couldn’t get cooled down and a fan had to be brought in to make the room comfortable.

- modernes Hotel mit gut ausgestatteten Zimmern
- komfortables Bett
- direkt neben Aldgate East gelegen, Tesco und Restaurants in Laufweite

Cons:

- einige Annehmlichkeiten auf dem Zimmer fehlten (Klobürste, Zahnputzbecher, Kofferständer,…)
- an manchen Stellen etwas abgewohnt (Steckdosen, Dusche)
- es funktionierten nie alle Aufzüge, was zu Unmut bei den Gästen führte
- keine Kühlschränke auf den Zimmern (nur Cooler)

Well the lifts were not working so took a long time to come down or going up. So bad that at some point myself and other guests decided to walk down the stairs from the 6th floor
