A very comfortable hotel
Pros:

Very comfortable. Gym and pool. Shopping mall next door. Staff was excellent

Cons:

Pool was too small. All chairs taken.

Plutôt 4 que 5 étoiles.
Pros:

Vue de la piscine.
Street market énorme à 5 mins.

Cons:

Une nuit, suite deux chambres, avec salon/SàM.
Climatisation en panne dans une chambre.
Dans l'autre chambre c'était comme dans un réfrigérateur.
Réglage impossible de la climatisation.
J'ai dû laisser les portes coulissantes communicantes ouvertes.
Si vous venez en voiture, bonne chance pour trouver un stationnement.
Pas d'ouverture automatique à l'entrée, même pas de portier, j'ai dû pousser la lourde porte avec mon coude étant occupé de mon autre bras.

Nice stay
Pros:

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Next to shopping centre for food. Pool small though nice view. Good size gym and equipment. Nice roof top bar. Excellent breakfast with lovely and helpful staff. Good size rooms.

Cons:

Not too much around.

Kregen een upgrade naar een suite. Bijzonder fijne, grote kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt, fantastisch personeel

Cons:

Het toeristische centrum van Rayong stelt weinig voor. Tot rust komen, als uitvalsbasis naar Koh Samet is het echter uitstekend

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return again. Highly recommended.
Pros:

This was our second stay at Holiday Inn Rayong, and once again we had a wonderful experience.
The location is extremely convenient, with a large shopping mall right next door and easy access to everything you might need. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained throughout our stay.
The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. I would especially like to thank the staff for their patience and understanding towards my autistic grandson. He can sometimes become excited and noisy, but the team were always kind, calm, and accommodating, which we truly appreciated.

Cons:

The only small challenge was the entrance to the car park. It can be a little tricky to drive up and may require some experience to avoid scraping your car although that might just be my driving! 🤣

Beautiful hotel just wrong location
Pros:

Property is beautiful.
Food seemed great my daughter had breakfast.

Cons:

There was nothing to do other than walk to temple grounds, beach was filthy very poor up keep.
People are lovely .
Nice nature walk.
