Very nice hotel, lovely clean modern rooms with every amenity. Staff were delightful and so helpful.

Tolles Hotel, nette und hilfsbereite , freundliche Mitarbeiter, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Schöner, großer Frühstucksaal mit riesiger Auswahl an internationaler Küche. Alles frisch und appetitlich. Der Kaffee ;ein Traum.
Wir hatten eine Suite im 21ten Stock. Wunderschöner Ausblick und toll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Ich finde es toll, dass alle Mitarbeiter immer sehr bemüht sind und immer freundlich sind. Ich würde mit eventuell wünschen, dass man den Bereich des Tourismus / Sightseeing noch etwas fördert. Z.B. ein Infoblatt, was man alle machen kann in der Umgebung und wie man da hin kommt.
Leider konnte ich nicht jeden Mitarbeiter mit den Englisch Kenntnissen verstehen.

Nice break but wouldn’t return.

Roof top bar expensive. These are London prices you are charging for drinks!
Had to get around to nightlife by taxi. Nothing within easy walking distance I could find.
Also nearest shop for provisions a good walk away.
Dining room / breakfast caters for the Chinese market. Very limited western selection. Cold beans, streaky overcooked bacon (cold) snd a ‘chicken’ sausage that I wouldn’t feed to my dog. Great though if you like eggs!

Bell boy ruined a great trip

Near the end the bell person took my water Which was complimentry. The bell boy told me to buy it else where. Which left a sour taste in both my partner and I. Like we literally paid for it. Everything was fantastic until this happened. Really weird that the bald bell boy was so adamant about us not drinking there water outside of the hotel and the audacity of taking it away. To be honest, everything was top notch up until this. Takes one person to ruin the entire experience of the stay. Good Job bell boy working the 11:00am check-out on January 28th, 2026. There was no sign about drinking there water or taking the water bottle outside of holiday inn. And even if there was, there wasn't one in English.
