隔音存在严重问题
Pros:

非常老牌的4星酒店。所处的位置极佳，正好位于两座振华、万达与大悦城周遭，离各个景区和公园也少于十分钟的路程。
但是真正入住后，可以感受到它实在是担不起四星酒店的质量。各项服务与设施，人性化程度都很差劲。房间没有取电卡，空调不插卡自动停止，洗手间阴间设计，房间隔音更是低劣到在床头可以听到其他房间细语声。
我入住的还是豪华标间，如果是普通更难以想象。

Pros:

建物・設備等は古いが、部屋も広く快適に過ごせました。ロケーションが良く、煙台駅周辺の商業施設も徒歩圏内で便利でした。3Fに日本料理店がありましたが、本格的なのでおすすめです。朝食はほぼ中華料理なので、洋食が好みな方は、朝食をつけないプランもありかと思います。

いつもは中心ホテルに泊まるのですが、前から気になっていたこのホテルに２泊しました。しかし結果は残念でシャワーは途中から冷たくなるし、ごみは部屋に残ったまま。部屋の電気も１カ所消えたまま。もう泊まりません。でもスタッフの対応はいい人と悪い人の差が激しくなんとも言えない感じですね。

ホテルは古いが、部屋は清潔で快適。
フィットネスルームは13:00〜21:00の利用となっていたが、朝でも使わせてもらった。
