Great hotel in a great location!
Pros:

Massive room in a great location. A little noisy due to the aircon/extractor fan, but that it can be slept through!

Cons:

Just the aircon being a little noisy. Everything else was great and the staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Pros:

good location, huge room

Cons:

SUPER LOUD, could hear every noise from the hall, the phone at the front desk, the next room and the room on the other floor and from the stairs, even could hear car noise from outside even though there was no window in the room

the room is old and tired

the bathroom had no door handle

COCKROACHES IN THE ROOM! put cups on them, could not kill them, asked front desk for help and left. the girl was so surprised they had cockroaches and promised to solve the problem. after coming back the cups with cockroaches were still on its place.

fridge in the room was extremely loud, not good while people trying to sleep at night

every night there were pay-by-hour clients, that is what this hotel is actually for

Glad we had only booked one night.
Pros:

The room itself was almost good for the price, however the hotel and the cleanliness let it down.

Due to our experience we were refunded our money which we appreciated. We tipped the reception person as they were so kind and understanding, didn’t try to take advantage, but the manager rounded the corner and immediately started yelling at the poor boy. The concierge pretty much grabbed our bags and ushered us out as we could hear the manager screaming..

Cons:

We found a used condom in the room, dirty tissues, dirty towels, cigarette butt. Staff were loud in the hallway until 3am outside our room, even though we were on the third floor. Although the rooms were OK, there are holes in the walls throughout the building leading to the outside.
Pretty sure the hotel is used for a ‘pay-by-the-hour’ service.. looking back at the photos the red ottomans give that away..
Did not feel safe.

Very big rooms.
Less crowded and busy street.

Cons:

Smelly drains.
There were cockroaches in the room.
No common services you can find in other places (breakfast, laundry...).

Pros:

Huge room. Was fairly clean and had good facilities.

Cons:

Location is alright a bit of a walk to old quarter. Not a huge amount of food places near by. Messaged the day prior to check in early and was told it was all fine to but when we arrived to the hotel we was told the room isn’t ready and had to wait till check in time of 2pm.
