I made a booking and went to the hotel, but when we got there, the hotel told us that we would not get a room. After a lot of waiting, we got a room, but it had two bathrooms combined, and no air conditioning. It was a very bad experience.
الفندق قديم جداجدا ومستوى الغرف لم تعد تتناسب للإقامة خاصه لنا نحن الخليجين ولكن الخبر الجيد سيتم هدم الفندق وبنائه من جديد. نتمنى اقامتنا المرة القادمه تكون ممتازة بنفس مستوى الاقامه في فندقهم الثاني والذي يقابلهم مباشرة.
عدم وجود تهوية (نافذة في الغرفة) روائح التصريف منتشرة في الفندق وبعض الحشرات.. روائح الطبخ تنتشر بعض الاحيان لوجود عوائل عربيه تعد طعامها!!عدم وجود عازل الصوت في الغرف ودورات المياه

My wife and I had a booking at Hotel Orient from 5th May to 6th May 2025. Despite informing them in advance that I would arrive between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM, I reached slightly later, between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM. Upon arrival, the staff coldly informed me that check-in was only at 12:00 PM and refused to accommodate me in any way.
I politely requested if they could allocate any available room for just four hours, or if I could pay extra to extend my booking to cover the early check-in. Shockingly, they demanded an additional ₹2200 for just four hours—almost the same price as my original booking (₹2222 for a full day)! This was completely unreasonable and exploitative.
To make matters worse, the staff behaved in a rude, dismissive, and humiliating manner. Their lack of basic hospitality and unwillingness to assist a guest in need forced me to leave and book a stay at Hotel National next door, where I was treated with respect.
Never staying at Hotel Orient again—I strongly advise others to avoid this place if they expect even basic courtesy and fair treatment.

Not worth, too expensive, Lodging type, not star hotel. Worst, worst. What the operation manager does working or sleeping in Booking.com?. better to visit the property first then allow on their lists of hotels.
It is clean. Convenient
The property manager DID NOT honor the deal and did not not accept the rate Booking.com has offered and confirmed. When I showed him the confirmation email from Booking.com. He refused and instead he showed me his offer. After a long flight and exhausting day, I had to pay more to avoid the hassle of looking for another hotel. Breakfast is not worth it.
