Spacious tatami rooms with great view and very comfy bed. Having the laundry and vending machines on Level 2 was so convenient, even have ice machine. Also direct slope access from the ski locker room in the hotel basement. They have private bath too
The hotel is located uphill, which can be a bit of a climb with heavy luggage
All staff are very nice, clean onsen and good breakfast.

It’s up a steep hill from the main bus stop.. so pushing up your luggage takes some effort if it’s heavy

Abundant food at breakfast and dinner. Great Onsen in the basement area, with many shower and hair products. Very clean. Staff very happy and polite. Washer and dryer available. Ski in and out.
The bathroom in the room it’s a bit small and basic ( so we used the Onsen shower instead) and the window insulation is weak so we had to move the beds away from the window. TV channel options were limited.
Great ski in/out location, lovely staff and enjoyed the food.

夕食メインが毎日同じ(シャブシャブ)。さすがに辛い。あとチェックイン、アウトがセルフでスタッフ不在。チェックインはQRコードで行うが、不具合だかなんだかまるで読み込まず大変困った(フロントは無人)。
Amazing actual ski to door property; the staff were amazing and extremely accommodating. The kitchen staff were considerate in making us chicken or beef options as we don’t eat pork!
Perfect location, dinner and breakfast were delightful and staff was the most hospitable!

The location was less than 10 mins walk to the ski lift and ski rental shop.
Dinner offering was pretty much the same every night for the 3 nights that we were staying there
No lifts in the hotel (which we knew as it was stated in the hotel description)
Just 20 meters from the ski slope—it's like a dream come true! Feel the adrenaline rush as you glide down to the lift and dive into the thrilling slopes. And when it's time to unwind, you can effortlessly ski right up to your back door! The convenience is unbeatable! This is, without a doubt, the best ski-in, ski-out experience I've ever had—prepare for pure exhilaration!
And let’s talk about dinner—it was absolutely fantastic! While the daily menu might not change much, every dish was bursting with flavor. Even with just us as the only guests at the facility, they went above and beyond to prepare an incredible breakfast and dinner that truly impressed us!
I hope the bathroom in the room can be renovated, as it shows signs of being quite dated. While it is clean, an upgrade could significantly enhance overall comfort and the guest experience.
