Pros:

2食付のプランでしたが、夕食朝食とも美味しくまたスタッフのサービスも丁寧で素晴らしかったです。また大浴場も清潔でサウナや露天風呂ありで湯上がりのアイスなどのサービスと共に満足できました。宿泊されるなら2食付きのプランがお勧めできるホテルだと思いました。

고객을 배려하는 세심함이 있는 호텔. 베개와 목욕가운등이 사이즈별로 잘 정돈되어 있고 어매니티로 다양한 옵션을 선택할수 있었고 룸과 욕실 청결합니다. 디너포함으로 했는데 음식 좋습니다. 직원서비스 당연히 친절합니다. 추천합니다

特に食事は絶品！北海道を10日間過ごした中で1番食事が良かった！美味しいです
もう少しお風呂がキレイなら100点！

でも、レストラン給仕の若い男性の対応が素晴らしいかったので、やはり100点を付けたい、あの対応だけでも再訪する価値があります

優しいホテルです！。
Pros:

94歳の母親と妻と三人で二泊しました。母親の体調が悪く、ベッドを汚してしまいましたが、スタッフの皆さんの何と親切なことか！。ただただ、感謝の一言です。自然が豊かななホテルを取り巻く環境は、最高です。鳥の声で目を覚まし、エゾリスと会話する。夕食も地場の野菜やお肉を使った岩見沢フレンチで、これがまた、美味！。また、必ず利用させていただきます。

想像より大きくてきれいなログハウスでした！
Pros:

お仕事の途中での滞在で、夕食なしのプランでした。
夜遅く、暗い田舎道を走っていると、突然大きなログハウスの明るい光が見えて綺麗だったので
テンションが上がりました。
今度はぜひ　プライベートで夕食付のプランを試したいです
温泉の質は、成分が重曹なので身体が温まり、良かったです。

ホテル回りに芝生がありメープルの木がきれいに整備されていて、散歩することができた。

フロントの対応がとても親切で、設備も良くて、整理整頓されていて気持ち良く宿泊することができた。ホテル回りを散歩してみたが、芝生とメープル木があって、遊歩道も整備されていてとても気持ち良く歩くことができた。

可以泡溫泉的平價飯店
Pros:

不愧名為紅楓小屋，在飯店周圍就能看到很多楓葉，整體環境很清幽，周邊也有一些活動設施可以使用。
這次住的四人房是2個上下舖，房間很大，還蠻有氣氛的。
因為沒有獨立衛浴所以要到大浴場洗澡，裡面有2座溫泉池和1間三溫暖可以慢慢泡。
因為飯店周圍沒有商店，如果要吃消夜最好事先準備帶去。
