Lovely beach, reasonable accommodation
Pros:

Lovely staff. Beautiful beach.

Cons:

Resort has a bit of a tired feel, in spite of being quite new. The treadmill in the gym was actually hazardous! Food reasonable but overpriced. There's nowhere else to eat nearby and they know it. Finishings in rooms a bit sloppy. Communal areas not kept particularly clean. The block out the back feels a bit like a prison - best go for beachfront rooms.

Absolutely lovely in a gorgeous beach but completely let down by extortionate prices for basic groceries
Pros:

Modern, spacious and comfortable apartments which were spotless and well designed

Cons:

The shop is inadequate for the size of the hotel. There are no shops nearby so I would suggest taking your own supplies before you arrive. I bottle of water was £5 and we were charged £75 for a bottle of Lindemans Rose wine which usually retails at £8.
This was absolutely shocking and too late to return it. There is no way I would pay anything like that but no one was bothered when I mentioned a refund.

Superb long weekend vacation & staff at front desk excellent
Pros:

Breakfast ok, but location & staff excellent

Cons:

Food offering was basic, but can use restaurants in Banyan Tree. Ordered a burger but nothing came, & when I mentioned it staff couldn’t really be bothered.

Excellent Service by Cassia Bintan
Pros:

I like the room style, food, cleanliness and staff courtesy and their hospitality. Mr.Kris from FO is very helpful and Ms Wiwik from FB made our morning cheerful . Be in Cassia Bintan made us feel like home with a family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Pros:

We love the location: near ferry terminal, free shuttle bus to and from. Lovely clean beach. Great breakfast. Very welcoming and friendly staff.

A truly friendly resort.
Pros:

The shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off from the ferry pier are greatly appreciated. The breakfast at the sister resort was superb. So much variety and the quality of most items was exceptional. The rooms were modern, spacious and clean. Golf course nearby was a great experience. Staff are friendly, helpful and so courteous.

Cons:

Keeping the beach clear of debris is obviously a problem for the resort.
