Gentillesse du personnel, et dévouement. Petit appartement de 2 chambres avec chacun sa salle de bains. Ce qui est agréable quand on voyage avec ses enfants et qu’on veut être avec eux sans partager leur chambre. On pouvait manger le petit déjeuner et les repas sur les autres hôtels.

Cons:

Oreillers très durs, pas suffisamment de transats sur la plage et autour des piscines. Lobby et salle de restaurant ensemble ce qui est très brouillon, sale et bruyant. Pour le petit dejeuner, ou le dîner mieux vaut aller dans l’autre l’hôtel collé de la même chaîne.

The best part of this resort is that it is right in front of the private beach .As I have chosen to upgrade to Oceanview facing, I can access the beach directly in front of balcony. It's under Banyan Tree Group, it's very convenient to roam around various top restaurants n spa inside Banyan Tree using the buggy. The signature Banyan Tree Spa is a must try.

A very relaxing break in a beautiful location.
Pros:

I was on a two day break from Singapore and booked the Cassia for a total relaxation break. I was greeted at the port by a lovely cheerful gentleman and the transfer was quick and smooth. The property has direct access to a beautiful beach with the two neighbouring properties the only other inhabitants. You have access to the neighbouring properties for restaurants and pools. My room was spotless with a very comfortable bed and all facilities that you need for your stay. Food is available in a variety of places, although I would put it on the more pricey side for Indonesia.
The staff were without exception helpful and cheerful. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the nearby plaza and there were trips available but I didn’t have the time to explore them.

Cons:

Apart from the slightly expensive food and drink there was nothing I didn’t enjoy.

Sehr tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage!
Pros:

perfekte Lage, der Strand ist sauber und sehr gepflegt. die Zimmer sind in einem Topzustand sehr schön eingerichtet, das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich, gut und liebevoll vorbereitet.

Cons:

Die Cocktails an der Strandbar sind leider nicht zu empfehlen. Das einheimische Bier ist aber ausgezeichnet. Der Shop im Hotel ist leider recht spärlich ausgestattet.

Fabulous apartment rooms, very friendly helpful staff , spotlessly clean, amazing beaches.
Pros:

Fabulous well appointment apartment room, spotlessly clean, excellent air conditioning. Very friendly helpful staff who go out of their way to help and ensure you have everything you need. Excellent fabulous breakfast with lots of choices. Swimming pools were excellent and spotlessly clean and well kept, as are all the grounds around the resort beautifully kept and well cared for. The beach is amazing, one of the best beaches I have seen in a long time. All staff including the Spa staff very helpful and friendly. Weiwei particular was very kind and helpful at breakfast time.

Cons:

Food other than breakfast was quite expensive and only very average quality. Although rooms have excellent kitchen facilities no where within the Bintan resort to purchase food for preparation, apart from very expensive limited choice of snacks.
No Netflix or YouTube on the TV in room.

Booked a sea front room which was towards the end of the building yet the noise from the beach club could be heard through the night and early morning with windows and balcony doors closed.Room was clean and well maintained.Breakfast spread was limited.Beach was clean and quiet during the day.

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

Cassia Bintan review:

We had a fantastic time at Cassia Bintan resort. The front desk receptionist Tyara was very helpful and helped us arrange for early check in and late check out, which really helped us a lot as our departing ferry was at a late timing. She even helped to drive us in a buggy to Treetops restaurant at Banyan Tree in order to save us time as the regular buggy has not arrived yet. Tasia is very helpful and friendly as well.

They also offer free flow of ice water at Vista cafe for guests. Vista cafe is non-aircon hence the ice water is a life saver. Remember to make use of Xana Beach club’s happy hour at 4pm daily to enjoy 50% off selected F&B.

We loved the pool/billiard, table tennis and chess area. But we love the swimming pools and beach the most. All the facilities are shared between Cassia, Angsana and Banyan resorts, hence we were free to use all the facilities in the 3 resorts, including Angsana’s pool and Rangers Kids club. Pool towels are provided both in the room and at the swimming pools. The service was top notch and we really enjoyed ourselves. The kids also enjoyed snorkeling.

Cons:

Vista and Lotus restaurants are non-aircon. Could be quite hot in the afternoons. But it’s ok as we spend most of the afternoons in the pools.
