Great location with fabulous view of the ocean from the bed…

have visited Bintan many times, but this time my experience at Cassia Bintan was truly exceptional!
The staff were extremely friendly, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to Ms. Vita and her wonderful team, who went above and beyond to help me organise a birthday celebration. Their support, attention to detail, and willingness to assist made everything so smooth and memorable.
We had an amazing time and truly felt well taken care of. Thank you, Ms. Vita and the entire Cassia Bintan team, for making our celebration so special!

La struttura è di ottimo livello e di una qualità e standard elevati, rispetto al contesto nella quale si trova. Lo staff è sempre disponibile e molto accogliente. Le zone comuni sono super curate ed impeccabili. La spiaggia è un paradiso, pulitissima e mare stupendo.
Il cibo molto buono e la colazione super varia.
Palestra e tante attività disponibili in loco .
Stanze molto grandi e pulitissime.

Very nice, quiet and enjoyable location. Our children as well as ourself enjoyed the location and the option to play soccer, swimming and do some sprints at the beach. Also snorkling as well as other water activities like bananna boat rodes were the same great as the massages we have enjoyed.

The general atmosphere of the whole location as well as the friendlynees of the employees were absolutly fantastic.

Our room with a direct access and view to the beach was just great.

It’s our 3rd time time for the year and it’s always been amazing as usual! A truly home away from home. Friday
The views, location, beach and most are the staff here! Very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Definitely will come back again.. kudos to Kris and his team, Endras from elements spa and Ofcourse Fandi from Banyan restaurant and Desi of saffrons! Their service are the highlights of this place that make us keep coming here ❤️❤️❤️

Breakfast was great.
A great diversification of food.
Lots of activities to do.
Also a great place to just relax.
But by far the best part was the staff.
They all were amazing.

We had a very enjoyable 3D2N stay at Cassia Bintan. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast offered a great variety of options, and there were plenty of facilities for us to enjoy.

Special thanks to Ana, Sella, and Tiara from the Front Office Department for their warm assistance and for always being ready to help whenever we needed anything. We truly appreciate the excellent service and hospitality. We’ll definitely be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful experience at Cassia Bintan for our recent SWTC camp. The team did an awesome job looking after our group and accommodating all our needs and requirements.

Everything ran smoothly, from the room arrangements and group setup to all the little details that made managing a large group so much easier. The team was helpful, responsive and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay.

A big thank you to everyone at Cassia Bintan, especially Vita & Erick for helping make our camp such a great experience. We really appreciate all the effort and support and would happily return again! ❤️

Exceptional Service from Ana and Roger

I would like to commend Ana and Roger for their wonderful service and warm hospitality during our stay.

Ana is always friendly, cheerful, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. Her genuine smile and helpful attitude really made our stay more pleasant. What touched us most was that she went above and beyond without being asked. She noticed my young niece and kindly gave her a little kids’ gift, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture. My niece was absolutely delighted!

Ana even took the time to send us off when we boarded the bus to the terminal. It was such a warm and personal touch that we truly appreciated.

I would also like to thank Roger, who assisted us with our check-out. He was helpful, attentive, and made the check-out process smooth and hassle-free.

Thank you, Ana and Roger, for making us feel so welcomed and well cared for. Your kindness and excellent service are a real credit to the hotel. We truly appreciate your hospitality and will remember the wonderful experience we had.

Very friendly and nice hotel! Everyone is super nice and you feel very welcome. You can relax quite well, the beach is nice and also the outdoor pools are clean and relaxing. I recommend it 100%.
