Very nice, quiet and enjoyable location. Our children as well as ourself enjoyed the location and the option to play soccer, swimming and do some sprints at the beach. Also snorkling as well as other water activities like bananna boat rodes were the same great as the massages we have enjoyed.

The general atmosphere of the whole location as well as the friendlynees of the employees were absolutly fantastic.

Our room with a direct access and view to the beach was just great.

A great diversification of food.
Lots of activities to do.
Also a great place to just relax.
But by far the best part was the staff.
They all were amazing.

We had a very enjoyable 3D2N stay at Cassia Bintan. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast offered a great variety of options, and there were plenty of facilities for us to enjoy.

Special thanks to Ana, Sella, and Tiara from the Front Office Department for their warm assistance and for always being ready to help whenever we needed anything. We truly appreciate the excellent service and hospitality. We’ll definitely be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful experience at Cassia Bintan for our recent SWTC camp. The team did an awesome job looking after our group and accommodating all our needs and requirements.

Everything ran smoothly, from the room arrangements and group setup to all the little details that made managing a large group so much easier. The team was helpful, responsive and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay.

Exceptional Service from Ana and Roger

I would like to commend Ana and Roger for their wonderful service and warm hospitality during our stay.

Ana is always friendly, cheerful, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. Her genuine smile and helpful attitude really made our stay more pleasant. What touched us most was that she went above and beyond without being asked. She noticed my young niece and kindly gave her a little kids’ gift, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture. My niece was absolutely delighted!

Ana even took the time to send us off when we boarded the bus to the terminal. It was such a warm and personal touch that we truly appreciated.

I would also like to thank Roger, who assisted us with our check-out. He was helpful, attentive, and made the check-out process smooth and hassle-free.

Thank you, Ana and Roger, for making us feel so welcomed and well cared for. Your kindness and excellent service are a real credit to the hotel. We truly appreciate your hospitality and will remember the wonderful experience we had.

Very friendly and nice hotel! Everyone is super nice and you feel very welcome. You can relax quite well, the beach is nice and also the outdoor pools are clean and relaxing. I recommend it 100%.

Just wrapped up a great family weekend escape in a super cozy 2-bedroom family suite. The room facilities were complete and perfect for us.Big thanks to Rizky & Kris at FO for the smooth stay, and Agung & Benny for the most energetic live foam party ever! Food-wise, Wiwid & Firdaus took great care of us at Lotus Restaurant. Thumbs up to Chef Andi & Chef Rizkan—the traditional breakfast selection, local coffee, and jamu station were fantastic!Only small detail maintenance needs a look, and it would be great to see name tags on everyone since the service is so good. Rest was very good. We'll be back!

Amazing energy!Wiwid & Firdaus (Lotus Restaurant): Attentive and excellent service.Chef Andi & Chef Rizkan: Huge thumbs up! The breakfast had a great variety of traditional food. We absolutely loved the local coffee and the traditional jamu station!Minor feedback for the resort: Just some small detail maintenance in the rooms, and ensuring all staff have clear name tags so we can thank them properly. Overall, everything was excellent and we highly recommend it!

The accommodation is extremely pretty and well kept, the staff are lovely and are always smiling which is amazing. The food is delicious and I wish I could stay longer.
