いたって普通です

へやの中は清潔感はあります
スタッフさんで会った方は全て外国人さんでした
近鉄奈良駅に近いと思ったら全然JR奈良駅の方が近かった
繁華街やコンビニまでは少し歩きます

Cons:

部屋によるんだろうけど窓からの景色は最悪(3階)ビルで何も見えなかったし隣のビルは鳩の糞だらけ………これは仕方ないけど

Friendly and welcoming!
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and very obliging. They were the highlight of our stay. Always welcoming when we arrived or left the hotel and even gave our girls free gifts for playing the hotel piano! They were awesome and let us leave our bags after checkout while we explored Nara. For a 2 night stay, we had everything we needed, with access to microwave and washing when required. Centrally located and easy walking distance to transport, convenience stores and attractions. Very happy to recommend.

Pros:

チェックアウトの時、スタッフの女性が自動ドアの前で見送り下さいました。
あれには感激しました😊
駅から近く、綺麗ですし、部屋も素敵なソファがあったりゆったりしていて値段を考えたら最高です😊

Cons:

都会なので、ロケーションは自然があったり等無く普通です。
でも悪く無いです。

どのポイントがスーペリアか分からなかった
Pros:

・JR奈良駅、近鉄奈良駅から近く、非常に便利。
・ベッドのマットレスが実に快適。
・朝のスタッフによる見送りがあり、上質感を感じた。

Cons:

・見えないところの掃除が行き届いておらず、詰めの甘さがあからさま→備え付けのアルコールベースの消臭剤を床に噴霧してティッシュで清掃した
・エアコンが効きにくかった。→外出時もクレカをカードキー挿入口に入れて点けっぱなしにした。帰ってきたら快適なレベルになっていた
・スーペリアとのことだが、これがスーペリアならスタンダードはどれだけシャビーなのだろうか？！という程狭っ苦しい部屋であった。なぜこんなにクチコミが良いのかAIに分析させたところ、部屋ごとにバラツキが大きいホテルであると返ってきた。私の部屋はハズレだったと思われた。
