Request for Refund – Unsatisfactory Hotel Room Conditions
Dear Booking.com Customer Support,
I am writing to formally request a refund for my recent hotel booking due to extremely unsatisfactory room conditions.
Upon arrival, I found the room to have a strong and unpleasant odor. The furniture was very old and poorly maintained, and both the bed sheets and towels were in worn, poor condition. The bathroom was not clean, and the toiletries provided (shampoo and body wash) appeared to have already been used, which is unacceptable.
Additionally, basic amenities such as toilet slippers and a toothbrush were not provided. Overall, the hygiene and quality standards of the room were far below expectations and made the stay very uncomfortable.
Due to these issues, I was unable to stay in the room and had to leave early in the morning. Given the circumstances, I kindly request a full refund for this booking.
