Cons:

Noise outside room from very early, moving furniture etc, very intrusive. Bit of a trek from train station with suitcase up a steep incline. Dated room. Very basic no Tea or coffee making facilities or anything. It was a religious retreat center, still feels like it. Wasn't cheap for how basic it was.
