Le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Alors vous allez voir le docteur après il faut redescendre pour payer le ou les massages.
Après il faut redescendre pour prendre le ticket avec la carte à l'accueil. En suites vous allez aux massage et la il faut retourner dans votre chambre chercher la serviette c'est un circuit de fou.
Après tout cela vous avez droit aux massages. Je suis fatigué de la voir expliquer.

Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto fruire dei servizi "sanitari" previsti dal pacchetto prenotato e pagato a causa dell orario (siamo arrivati verso le 16). Non abbiamo potuto fruire nemmeno della cena a causa dell orario molto anticipato (per un italiano è quasi orario per una merenda). è una struttura stile sovietico abbastanza datata ma comunque molto affascinante e ben tenuta.

日曜日だったので、全てのサービスが受けられなかった。現地でそれを知ったが、フロントスタッフは代替案を出してくれて、楽しめた。

Неожиданный отказ от утвержденной заранее брони по Booking-у
Cons:

Во время заселения в гостиницу нас отказали заселять по заранее сделанной броне. Изначально броня со стороны гостиницы была утверждена, но заселять нас не хотели и создали неприятности. Впоследствии нам удалось заселиться, используя другие связи.

Pros:

Великолепное место расположения санатория, через дорогу великолепный парк-лес. Близко до источников воды. Доброжелательный и квалифицированный персонал. Большой выбор процедур. Просторный номер с удобными кроватями и балконом с видом на горы. Столовая выше всяких похвал. Шведский стол с большим выбором вкусных блюд, отличный персонал. Атмосфера в санатории спокойная, уютная. Жили и лечились тут 28 дней и обязательно приедем еще.

I had a good treatment and rest and good time.
Pros:

Good location to mineral water.Very nice and friendly staff.The Doctor is excellent and the procedure staff are good.Fresh air from the mountains,and a lot of singing birds on the morning.By your choice you have very nice and friendly guide Larisa from the second floor and a lot of procedures as well.The room was clean every time by housekeeper Annuity.She is nice and accurate person.

Cons:

The window doesn’t have the insect net.Bedspread in my room doesn’t new,you can notice it was used many times.The guy from the store downstairs is cheating foreigners with the price.Compare in other stores.
