Pros:

Świetne miejsce. Doskonała opieka personelu. Olbrzymi bufet śniadanie, obiad, kolacja. Nawet tort urodzinowy-niespodzianka.

I would not recommend or revisit this place.

Location is good.

Cons:

I regret to say that my experience was very disappointing. The food quality was extremely poor, and I even encountered a hair in one of the dishes, which raises serious concerns about hygiene standards.
Additionally, the building has an unpleasant, persistent odor that feels both medical and unhealthy. This smell is noticeable throughout the premises, including inside the rooms. Even keeping the balcony door open did not improve the air quality.
Furthermore, the bathroom in the room lacks proper air ventilation, which makes the environment even more uncomfortable.
Overall, the conditions did not meet acceptable standards for cleanliness and comfort.

Точно никому не порекомендую и даже не расскажу, что были в таком месте, чтобы не позориться.
Pros:

Расположение, постельное белье.

Cons:

Списали больше денег, чем должны были, попросила разобраться с этим, никто ничего не предпринял, кроме как обещание. Так и уехали. Еда достаточно унылая. Номера ужасные, будто по старым брошенным домам мебель собирали. Процедуры назначают абсолютно несмотря на ваше удобство, в паре мы никак не могли найти общее свободное время.

It was beautiful and hope to come back again!
Pros:

I liked the staff, who were very friendly, kind and helpful . The lobby was clean and the health services I received !

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable and the bedding; the sheets, comforters and towels were old and outdated. I didn’t have hairdryer in the room! I’m sure next time that I go it will be much better since they were remodeling and improving the interior!
Otherwise it was satisfying that iall amenities were inclusive! Thank you

Pros:

Был прекрасный новый год в Джермуке, замечательная погода, красивый, ухоженный городок. Отель полностью соответствовал ожиданиям, хороший шведский стол, прекрасный НГ и Рождество. Процедуры простые, но все назначали, персонал выше всяких похвал. В номере тепло и чисто, есть принадлежности. Однозначно советую

Достаточно легкое одеяло в номере для зимы, и мб хотелось бы чайник .

Unique experience! I would recommend this place and would stay again!
Pros:

This property is great for the price! The facilities are a bit old and rundown, but everyone is very friendly and helpful! I felt comfortable and safe staying here on my own, and really enjoyed the spa amenities! It’s a very unique experience and I’m definitely glad that I had it during my time in Jermuk!

Cons:

The water in the shower didn’t get very hot.

Hotel buena relación precio calidad
Pros:

La relación precio calidad es conveniente, el personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Sólo hay una persona que habla Inglés, pero siempre estan dispuestos ayudar. Las comidas son buenas pero si llegas tarde hay poca disponibilidad. Debes tener presente que en este lugar compartes con el programa madre&hijo con situaciones neurológicas, en mi caso no fue un problema.

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien.

Pros:

Jermuk and the Ararat Health Spa were a real treat for a 2-night solo adventure to rest, write, and walk around and enjoy the changing colors of the leaves. Jermuk is a special place that I hope keeps its clean air and clear water despite the threat of mining activity in the area. The three meals offered by the resort each day were wonderful!
