Super vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt en de hele dag door verse koffie van het huis.

Heerlijk ontspannen!
Pros:

De kamer met bubbelbad is precies zoals op de foto’s. De grote luxe twee persoonsdouches waren erg fijn. Het bubbelbad is heerlijk ruim en het bed ook. We zijn zelf een zachter bed gewend dus vonden hem wel vrij hard, maar dat is uiteraard persoonlijk.
Super vriendelijk personeel! Nog een erg leuke bijkomstigheid is dat je de heledag door gratis thee en koffie kan krijgen en dat ze een mini winkeltje hebben die 24/7 toegankelijk is.

Cons:

De prijs voor het ontbijt viel ons erg tegen, hierdoor hebben we daar ook geen gebruik van gemaakt.

Bij aankomst kregen we een upgrade naar de superior suite
Mochten eerder op de kamer dat was super
Prachtige ingerichte kamer met bubbelbad en een dubbele douche
Lekker ontbijt

Cons:

Het matras en de kussens waren erg zacht met gevolg de gehele nacht niet geslapen en een zeer pijnlijke en stijve nek
Locatie prachtig nadeel dat het een paar minuten lopen is naar het hotel
Dat is niet prettig bij slecht weer

Goede locatie, leuke kamer, maar houd rekening met geluidsoverlast in de familiekamers.
Pros:

De locatie is top in Nes, de familiekamer was prima kamer. Mooie houten vloer, goede bedden en leuk met een basketbalnet voor de kids.

Cons:

De kamer was enorm gehorig. We konden onze buren letterlijk verstaan en de kinderen waren vrij luid aanwezig. Dit ook aangeven bij de receptie en gevraagd om een passende oplossing zoals een andere kamer of een compensatie. Aangegeven werd dat het probleem bekend is, maar de enige tegemoetkoming waren de oordoppen die in de kamer lagen..Dat vond ik gezien het prijskaartje van de overnachting niet passend.

Erg weinig ruimte in de kamer. Jammer dat er in de kamers op de begane grond er geen raam open kan. Ontbijt is super goed, maar je zit wel erg dicht op elkaar.
