Jeg kunne godt lide hvor nyt hotellet var, og at der var rimlig med mad, dog mange gentagelser i retterne.

Cons:

At man skulle skrive dagligt til dem, fordi ens minibar ikke blevet fyldt op, selvom man betalte 20eu pr døgn oven i den faktuelle pris. Samt er beliggenheden også ude af byen, så hvis man er ung og ville opsøge alanya's festgader, skal man måske søge efter et hotel der er lidt mere centralt.

Прекрасный отель с хорошим расположением, ремонтом и едой
Pros:

Редко бывает, что останавливаюсь в одном отеле более одного раза. Но этот отель как раз относится к таким исключениям. В нем замечательно все.
1) Хорошие номера с новой мебелью и приличным ремонтом. В комнате приятно находиться и отдыхать в перерывах между посещениями пляжа.
2) Пляж супер близко, буквально через дорогу.
3) Очень неплохая еда. Огромный выбор и ротация меню в течение недели.

Cons:

Лично мне не очень нравится анимация, которая проходит по вечерам, из за избыточного шума. Но я понимаю, что многим отдыхающим это интересно и важно. Шум будет меньше, если выбирать комнату с видом на горы, а не на море.

Отель неплох, но тратить в неё много денег нет желания
Pros:

Все номера сами по себе были хорошие, всё чисто, много места 👍
Никаких проблем с функционированием самой комнаты не было.
На "частном" пляже работали хорошие сотрудники, которые всегда помогали 🏖️
Starbucks при отеле, конечно кофе там было хуже, чем обычно, но гораздо лучше всего остального вокруг ☕️

Cons:

Почти весь негатив связан с первым днём заселения.
Мы оплатили самый дорогой номер на нужные даты, в котором должен был быть вид на бассейн и горы.
То, что мы получили можно увидеть на моих фото 🤦
После двух разговоров, нас всё таки смогли переселить в номер, которых хотя бы частично подходил

Шведский стол, в основном всё было вкусно, но вы когда нибудь видели очереди из 20 человек на вход в столовую ? Тут вечером это нормально, при том непонятно зачем это 🤷‍♂️
Гриль ужасен, честно не понимаю, как такое можно делать, но пережаренное и пересоленное мясо почти всегда 🧂

Система с Ultra All-Inclusive, с одной стороны это удобно, для того, что бы покрыть всякие extra вещи отеля один раз (SPA не входит в это), но с другой это настолько криво сделано, тебе как бы дают доступ до многих вещей, но походу дела ты узнаешь, что доступ не до всего, а буклет описывающий этот тариф выглядит как A4 лист на котором картинки, не информативно в общем 💸

Коктейли, я не знаю как можно так плохо их делать, даже какая нибудь Пина Колада водянистая, где всё можно просто забить кокосом 🥥
Самое интересное, что коктейли на пляже гораздо лучше 🥲

Pros:

Локация отеля супер. Пляж Клеопатра через дорогу. Все в шаговой доступности магазины, автобусные останови и стоянки такси. Питание разнообразное и вкусное. По спиртным напиткам ничего сказать не могу, так как не употребляю. Шеф повар всегда находился в зале и все сам контролировал. Персонал высокой квалификации, всегда готовы помочь по любому вопросу. Номера и постель чистые, кажется недавно был сделан ремонт. Каждый вечер проходили интересные развлекательные программы. Думаю что сервис в данном отеле превосходит многие пятизвездочные отели. Отдых прошел великолепно.

VACANZA MARE RELAX
Pros:

Hotel vicinissimo alla spiaggia con camere spaziose e carine. Nota di grande merito alla doccia molto spaziosa e con letteralmente una cascata d'acqua a disposizione!!! Ristorante con posti a sedere sia fuori attorno alla piscina che dentro. Menu vario con molti piatti tipici turchi, tutto molto buono. All'interno del hotel c'é anche Starbucks con servizio caffetteria, gelateria e pasticceria. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo anche provato la Spa con un pacchetto completo molto vantaggioso hammam + massaggio. Ci hanno regalato un ottima esperienza di bagno turco ed un ottimo massaggio. l'hotel ha un servizio all inclusive abbastanza completo e i ragazzi del bar sono sempre molto gentili e bravi. Un super ringraziamento va sicuramente al team della reception che ci hanno aiutato con qualsiasi nostra richiesta... dalla prenotazione di ottimi ristoranti panoramici a escursioni per scoprire il territorio. Tutte le ragazze sono sempre state gentilissime e super professionali sia prima del nostro arrivo che durante il soggiorno. Tutti in hotel parlano inglese quindi non ci sono mai stati problemi di comunicazione con nessuno. Sarà un piacere tornarci di nuovo.

Cons:

Non ho particolarmente apprezzato il fatto che la camera non ha un reale armadio ma molti hotel adesso scelgono un arredamento moderno che non contempla un armadio chiuso ma solo ripiani.
Quello che bisogna far forse presente è che il servizio all inclusive è magari leggermente diverso da come ce lo immaginiamo.... al bar sono inclusi solo gli alcolici locali e non tutti i cocktail che hanno sulla carta. I servizi come gli snack bar o il bar principale stesso sono tutti legati ad orari precisi non c'è nulla che funziona 24h/24 . ma questo ho notato in diversi miei viaggi è un po il modo in cui la Turchia offre l'all inclusive.
Altra cosa che non ho apprezzato è che la piscina chiudesse alle 17h per poter fare spazio ai tavoli della cena.
Nelle immediate vicinanze del hotel non c'è quasi nulla...nessuna attrazione o altro ma prendendo un taxi per pochi euro ed in pochi minuti si raggiunge la parte della Marina dove c'è molta piu' movida.

A great place for families, couples and friends on holiday
Pros:

I arrived at the hotel quite late and quite tired. The check-in process took no more than five minutes and I was already in my room and passed out. I noticed that the shower cubicle was leaking water, which I reported to the gues relation the next day, the problem was solved within half an hour of checking in.
The hotel was renovated a couple of years ago, the quality of the renovation is very good, everything looks great.
The hotel is all inclusive for everyone at all times, so even if you want to eat at three o'clock in the morning, you can do it. There's no lunchbox for early morning departures, but that's probably something only those who want to complain would complain about.
Most of the staff have been working in the hotel for over 10 years, they know everything, they know their guests who come year after year to this hotel. The staff is friendly, helpful and responsive.
The guests are mostly from Scandinavia, Finland, Czech Republic and Poland and Germany, sometimes English was heard, but there were not very many British.
The food in the restaurant is good quality, varied enough to not get bored during the week. Turkish tea is available 24x4. Drinking water is always available.
The hotel has an absolutely gorgeous gym with very good and new equipment. I was pleasantly surprised to see a Concept 2 rowing machine there, which we had a memorable week with. It's rare to see it anywhere, and it's the best one yet.

I would especially like to thank Melissa from guest relations for interesting conversations and help with issues resolving.

What's around there
I recommend climbing the mountain where the fortress is located. Not sure if a guided tour would make any sense. You can go up either on foot or by cable car.

I recommend this hotel.
Pros:

I recommend this hotel. We came here for 3 days, but extended our stay for another 2 days. Very stylish, new hotel, varied food. The room with a sea view is absolutely top.

Cons:

there is no children's area (but there is a children's pool)
