We enjoyed the stay at Noy Resort. It's a quiet place and the staff are also nice.
Pros:

The in-house restaurant had a decent spread for Breakfast and Dinner. The cottage we stayed was also nice and the surroundings were beautiful.

Pros:

Grundsätzlich eine schöne Anlage. Für Familien im Hochsommer aufgrund der Angebote bestimmt gut geeignet.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind an vielen Stellen kaputt. Das Personal kann kein Englisch, ist lustlos und unfreundlich. Sowohl das Essen in der Halbpension als auch im Restaurant ist einfach nur schlecht: das Essen vom Vortag wird einfach am nächsten Tag wieder aufgetischt, es sind Haare im Essen, die Auswahl ist so gut wie nicht vorhanden und die ganze Tiefkühlware (bei uns war es das Hähnchen-Kebab sowie die Pommes) ist einfach noch roh.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit.
In der Nebensaison kann ich es absolut nicht empfehlen, da die Zimmer eiskalt sind, nichts los ist und die ganze Anlage verwahrlost.

Если заменить матрасы, и добавить чуть больше тепла в домике, то место будет супер несезон

Établissement au standing identique aux établissements européens, personnel très gentil et arrangeant.

Cons:

Seul bémol : il s’agit d’un resort TRÈS européen, et donc, pas vraiment dépaysant. Si vous recherchez un resort sympathique pour votre famille, foncez ! Si vous êtes à la recherche de plus d’authenticité / d’un endroit moins orienté familles, il vaut mieux chercher autre chose.

Romantic and quiet place at the Sevan lake with great views
Pros:

A house with an AIRPLANE view is literally a unique option! Cottages are located directly on the lake, a few meters near the water, and have a great mountain view.

Cons:

The heater in the cottage was very noisy, it apparently needs repair.

Интересное место размещения на берегу озера Севан. Мы жили в домике сразу у среза воды. Территория большая и ухоженная. Имеются в большом количестве различные беседки, бассейн, скамейки и мангалы. Есть даже самолёт настоящий. Питание было отличным и привет всем поварам. Были в конце марта и на улице было прохладно. Домики простые. В минус хочу добавить холодный санузел и завышенную цену.

Nice location and the new bungalows are very stylish and comfortable. It's nice that you can reserve the sauna, even if it can be a bit expensive as you pay the same price whether you are 6 or just 2 persons. The breakfast is tasty.

Cons:

Breakfast should be served until 11. We arrived at 10:40, the waitress was in a very bad mood and seemed annoyed about having to serve us. Not at all the usual politeness and hospitality we experience in Armenia.
The reception staff is friendly and helpful, but the whole reception smells heavily of cigarette smoke, which doesn't give a nice first impression when arriving.
There is a bathtub with a view in the bungalow, but it takes forever to fill it as there is not sufficient hot water pressure.
