The location is awesome - couldn't be better. The hotel is just aross the street from the ocean. It a 2 minutes walk and you have the feet in the sand. Staff is really nice and professional - they even allowed us to arrive earlier and park on the facility until the check in time. Room was clean.
It's an old hotel, everything was old or rusty in the room. It is so old that it looks like dirty (but it wasn't). At night, there is so much noise coming from the street and the benches on the side of the beach. People are gathering on the beach to party and they make a lot of noise (we had a room on the ocean side). The worst thing about this hotel is the prostitution problems. They make you sign a paper at the check -in stating that you won't do prostitution activities in the hotel. I thought that was weird but we understood why at night: We saw a lot of thing that were not appropriate (like having sex on the balcony, in front of everyone, at 8:00 pm!) Not ideal when traveling with the kids
la habitación es muy cómoda y amplia, el hotel es limpio, el desayuno no está incluído pero se puede desayunar en el hotel y es rico y abundante. El hotel está frente a la playa. Para acceder al parque Manuel Antonio hay que caminar por un callejón peatonal y está muy cerca. Hay bares, restaurantes y algún supermercado a 100 metros del hotel, por la avenida costanera (no son muchos pero 2 o 3 hay).
Para llegar a la zona de más servicios del pueblo hay que caminar varias cuadras. También se puede acceder por el callejón peatonal, pero de noche no parece muy seguro.

Staff are excellent, helpful, smiling. Location perfect. Just a bit older, so could be cheaper, but still very good hotel.

No tenía desayuno, ni heladerita en la habitación para poner bebidas dado que hace mucho calor. El personal no era amable, tuvimos un extravío de tarjetas y no mostraron nada de amabilidad ni preocupación. Muy apáticos en general.
Location near the beach and Manuel Antonio NP entrance. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Rooms felt dirty and outdated, especially the bathroom. Towels were old and scratchy.
The location was perfect! Right next to Manuel Antonio National Park, and right across the beach.
For a couple days we didn’t have hot water. The staff was really nice and let us have a late check in to take a shower, but the problem still wasn’t fixed, but to be fair I think it’s just a problem in Costa Rica overall.
