Staff was very helpful, room was big and clean!

Very clean, comfortable

We would have liked to be able to play w/our pool ball in the pool.
We would have liked to have access through the room TV to hook up our Xbox.

We have enjoyed both of these amenities while staying in other hotels.

Hot tub broken

I used to stay at the more expensive hotels in the near area, but they have started adding extra fees like parking and I decided to try this hotel to see what it is like. I was very impressed and will stay here again when I am in the area on business.

Fine hotel, good breakfast. We wanted to swim and use the hot tub but there were kids in there for several hours.
Hotels should have a one- or two-hour adults-only period or they will never get to use a service we pay for with hopes to use. I am glad kids get to swim and enjoy, but when they dominate it for 6 hours or more, it’s unfair to others.
The staff didn’t care at all. They seemed bored.
The breakfast folks were very polite, efficient and pleasant. They deserve raises.

Fabulous family friendly hotel. Beds comfy, room spacious and clean. Kids loved the pool and the hot tub. We had other plans but the kids could have just spend the weekend at the pool. Thank you!

Quiet and well kept. Pool was nice. Jets in the hot tub weren't working, but everything else was great. Walking distance to multiple dining options.

Very clean

Hotel was very clean! Beds very nice; lots of extra pillows. Breakfast was amazing & had a large variety; dining area large & spread out so you weren’t bumping into others.
Exercise room was small. Only had 1 of each option. So you couldn’t bike or walk at the same time with someone. Hot tub was hot but jets broken and this was why we booked here. Disappointed, wasn’t on website as an issue. The room was very large; we had the King with sleeper sofa and the mattress was too thin! You could feel all the bars painfully so.

Great place to stay when passing thru Omaha. Clean, comfortable, and very nice staff.

While not intending to be overly critical, it is reasonable to assume that guests, particularly those staying at a hotel chain of this caliber, anticipate amenities such as a satisfactory breakfast, a well-maintained pool, and, in many cases, a functional jetted hot tub. During this three-night stay, these expectations were not met. Upon arrival, a notice indicated that the hot tub jets were non-operational. It would have been beneficial to have been informed of this issue during the initial inquiry regarding pool area hours at the front desk. The response received indicated the issue had been ongoing with no estimated resolution timeline. This situation is disappointing, as the availability of a functioning hot tub is a significant factor in enhancing the guest experience. No compensation was offered, nor necessarily one that I could think of for this type of disappointment. Breakfast was pleasant, and the rooms and property seemed safe and clean. Again, I was just so disappointed by the hot tub situation. If this is an amenity that is a must for you, you might want to contact the property ahead of booking, as there are plenty of other hotels of this caliber nearby

The rooms are advertised as suites but, there are not. The room was nice size with 2 full size beds. There is a sitting area with a small sectional. The sleeping and sitting areas are separated by a wall approximately 4-5 feet high thus, there is no privacy at all. There is only one TV, positioned where it can be viewed from either bed and from the sitting area. The breakfast was very good and the staff was highly professional. Lastly, the property appears to be relatively new but, the furniture looked to be second hand.
