AL PRINCIPIO ME DIJERON QUE ERAN 3 CAMAS EN CADA HABITACION, Y SOLO ERAN DOS CAMAS MATRIMONIALES, LOS COLCHONES ESTABAN DUROS, LA UBICACION ES INCOMODA, YA QUE ES CAMINO DE TERRACERIA, NO HAY COMIDA CERCA, SI NOS HICIERON FAVOR DE ACOMPAÑARNOS Y MUY AMABLEMENTE NOS LLEVARON A UN LUGAR PARA COMER ALGO, PERO CERCA COMO TAL NO HAY. Los espacios abiertos y la vegetación del lugar
Que la persona muy amable que me atendió, me ofreció frutas para saciar el apetito con el que llegué al lugar.

Cons:

El lugar no es un hotel. Es un centro Naturista. Esto debería estar claro en la descripción de booking. La relación Calidad/Precio, es muy desfavorable. El entorno para llegar es terrible, estuve a punto de sufrir un accidente. El lugar no tiene identificación por fuera. Cuando llamas para tratar de contactar a alguien, te contesta un call center en India que no saben hablar español y la comunicación es muy complicada. No ofrecen alimentos, No funcionó la Televisión, nunca estuvo disponible el control remoto, no había wifi en el cuarto. Tuve que salir del cuarto, lloviendo 4 veces a resolver caso por caso. Una persona muy amable me recibió, pero sin conocimiento para resolver este tipo de incidencias.

Una propiedad totalmente fuera de la ciudad, ideal para quien quiera quedarse una noche previa a un vuelo, por la cercanía al aeropuerto, pero muy distante de Poliforum Leon que es el lugar donde yo acudí a un evento profesional

Las instalaciones son pésimas, nada que ver con las fotografías, heces de perro por todos lados, sin agua caliente, manijas del baño rotas, alberca sucia y con moho, sillas rotas, no contestan en atención al huésped, PARA NUNCA VOLVER.

Es un lugar que no debiera llamarse hotel. Ni siquiera tiene letrero está en un lugar perdido en una terracería súper obscuro. No tienen servicio de hotel debes llamar q un tel para que te abran la puerta y para que te den hasta una toalla y nadie contesta. Es una pésima opción de hospedaje. Las camas viejas con resortes salidos. El agua de la ducha sin presión y un hilo de agua. No hay nada para comer ni para comprar siquiera un agua.

It is at a secluded location where there was peace and quiet. The property is full of positive vibes.

Cons:

i arrived later during the peak morning around 0100 and struggled with assistance. I sent a email notice of my late/early arrival and upon arrival I tried calling the number on the door but received no response. The staff is helpful, a night crew is vital especially with potential guests. Especially when their notifications was in advance.
