The place is great

The staff is the best.

I liked the place. I just wanted a cool and quiet place to sleep. Plus its cheap and close to a gym

Toilets are filthy, roaches everywhere, front desk help are below par. Linens, beds and towels are in dire need for replacement.
Forget about calling them for anything. No one answered all week we tried calling their published and unpublished phone numbers prior to our arrival.
We will never suggest that establishment to anyone of our friends, families and acquaintances ever.

I like the simple and quiet stay. Staff are good and attentive. Air conditioning is quiet at malamig. Overall, the experience is good. Thank you.

Wish they offer coffee w/cream & sugar & bottle of water for guest once check in 😂 .

Sink slowly draining, leaking water tank. Sink caulking & surrounding tiles looks filthy not properly maintained .

* toilet base/sink are dirty
* wifi is not available most of the time

staff was very kind but dirty the toilet plus was not working aircondition dripping beddings dirty over all zero star

Worst bed I've slept on since camping in high school. Same with peer in another room. Large rooms, bathrooms were fine. Clean. Nice staff. But the beds. Oh my. Felt like the spring box under a real mattress. Just missing the mattress.

We were initially put in 3rd floor room which had a problem in plumbing and heater and is a bit dirty then moved in 2nd floor. Surprisingly, the 2nd floor room is clean and spacious and lots of storage space! This hotel even has elevator!!!!! Good value for money!

The room is ugly, beds are broken, air con is noisy and it turn off every 2 hours, the car leaks and the doors creeky

Generally it was good, though lacking in some facilities and upkeep (tiles were popping out), and there wasnt water for 2 days due to a problem with their pump but they tried to make some fixes while repairs qhere ongoing

The hotel had no psrking space. You cna park along the road only. It is also old and poorly maintained. The first room we were given needs cleaning, especially the bathroom which had no water too. The second room looked better but it still needs upkeep. Will not stay in this hotel again and will never recommend it.

Only one aircon is functioning, comfort room is not so clean, there is water leak inside the room when we get in, service not so prompt and our online reservation was unexpected by the front desk personnel the moment we arrived we had to wait for a while considering we are tired from our travel!

予約時にクレジットカード払いしたのにフロントで現金を請求された、後で現金を返してくれた。
部屋に冷蔵庫は無い。
連泊したが翌日はバスタオルが無かった、フロントに電話してバスタオルを届けて貰った。

The location is good. But the service needs improvement.

I can hear loud noise and people talking along the corridors. Bottles of liquor abound and smell of cigarettes are all over the place. The smell of the pillows and bed are terrible. Bathroom is horrible!
