We are overjoyed that we found the Jeju Lavender Hotel during our long vacation on Jeju! From the very beginning, the owners were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was spacious, and the highlight was definitely the balcony with a beautiful view of the park. The hotel provides fresh towels and bottled water in the fridge every day. You can make yourself a coffee at the reception. The windows are well-sealed and block out the street noise. The Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and smart TV all worked perfectly.

Every time we asked for something like a extension cord, bigger table or a more comfortable chair to work on our laptop, our requests were fulfilled — thank you so much! The hotel has parking spaces, and there was always room for our car. The neighborhood has everything you might need. The owners treated us with fruit, helped us find services we needed, and always greeted us in the morning with a smile and wished us good night in the evening :)

This was not our first hotel on Jeju, but it was by far our best experience as a foreigner. Thank you very much!

Great location, friendly staff, clean and well maintained

1.Friendly staff. There were different staff at the counter at different time, all of them greet customers politely.
2.Flexible policy. I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time. The staff was so kind to allow me to check in without additional cost. In contrast I paid by hours in another hotel the day before for early check-in.
3.Clean and comfortable room. Well maintained furnitures, clean linen, clean floor and clean bathroom. Double glass window for sound isolation is effective. There is also a mesh door to keep insects out, which would be useful during warm seasons.
4.Good view from the window. My room face the forest so just staying in the room looking out is relaxing enough.

안락하고 깨끗하고 살짝 바다도 보여서 전망도 좋았음 도보 15분거리에 시장도 있고 위치 매우 좋음

깨끗해요! 불이 집안처럼 형광등이라 그냥 집에 있는거처럼 편히 있다가 왔어요~ 주변에 맛집이 많네요

Clean, spacious. The receptionist couldn't speak good English but still trying her best to communicate and is very helpful.
