91 Street Boutique Inn

One of the worst hotel I ever checked in. The wall paint are peeling off and the toilet are blocked. The room is so small and I barely walked. It’s just like a very cheap motel setting. I don’t understand why people can give good reviews maybe it’s just my room. Really disappointed.

Great place with great service. The staff is very friendly.

The room was very dirty. Will not return.
The walls have stains and felt dirty throughout the stay. See photos.
Floor and bathroom floor were sticky and bathroom emitted odour from the piping.
This 'hotel' needs serious attention to the hygiene and service.

Hotel ongoing renovation and room condition inly normal which I can say and since I only book for one nice in last min with no much choice.

The room is ok with window...location was good and use garb app or taxi for going to airport or imperial mall..no lift & need to request towel..wifi is too slow (i think depand on the usage of the guests)..

Overall ok for 1 night stay because it will be abit noisey because people chating from outside or music..

Everything is excellent thats all I can say about this hotel, nice service and everything. Cheap price etc

Nice and friendly

A really helpful worker in helping to assist all that they can and a very nice placed to stay at affordable price.

I took 2 single bed for one night. The room was worth the price. Near to coffee shops, 7e, mini marts, Starbucks and ladies garment shop. Overall everything is satisfy.

I was here during Jazz Festival 2018.

I think this is the only hotel located at Marina Parkcity. The room in good condition. I’m arrived to this hotel around 12pm and they allowed me to get room early (early check in). Thanks to the receptionist. They are really friendly!

Bad experience at night because you may be disturbed by the noise of nearby night clubs. WiFi is useless.

Staying for 2 nights. provide the basic stuff eg: towels, hot shower, soap, shampoo, iron, kettle. enjoy the nearby nightlife at marina bay. Friendly staff. Near to restaurants which open until 10.00pm.
However the inn has no lift, no variety of tv channel.

For those who have the room with Windows it can be too noisy for comfort until very late at night. No lift available.

Nothing good to say except there is some restaurant nearby. No cleaning, no safety box!!

Staff ordered us a taxi the morning we were leaving without asking us first. Felt very much like scammed after that happened. Night before we left, we just talked about leaving by taxi next morning 7am, NOT asked them to order taxi (cause we had Grab-application). Then in the morning 7am staff member is knocking our door and says he ordered us taxi and it's waiting us. As confused tourists we were stupid and went downstairs into that taxi.. It was mistake, ride to a bus station was 30 ringgit, when with Grab it would have been 10 ringgit. Taxi driver did not use taxi meter, because with meter on it would have been lot less. As I said, it felt very much like a scam afterwards.

Other thing was that the hotel room was nothing like in the pictures. I don't know where are the beautiful pictures from, maybe they have one good room somewhere?? Our room was quite old and ugly, furnitures like the table almost broken, balcony full of odd stuff like dirty tools and I don't even know what they were. Bed bugs in the bed. There was not any other guests(or at least I didn't see them), but they gave us so bad room?

Skip this hotel, you will just get angry.

Beautiful hostel style stay Right in the heart of marina city. Hotel staff were very helpful

The inn is situated to cafes nearby, you can just walk there. Parking spaces are available if you are driving your own car. WiFi is good, very fast.

I went for holiday with my family to miri, brunei and back to Miri, total 5 days and We have stayed for 5 different hotels this trips. This hotel is the worst hotel that i ever in my life. For Bathroom: 1. so smelly like drainage smell, unless you let the water keep running the whole day. 2. Shower Water slow, hotel should hv install water pump for emergency case. 3. Grouting was black. 4. Leftover soap by previous. For bedroom: 1. Linen not changed, experience told me linen was used by previous person, just pull and tidy up, found hair and stained on linen too. 2. Towels provided upon request. 3. Only TV3 channel available. Overall not value for money too. My advise is pay another rm 50 and stay at Mega hotel with come with nice amenities, coffee/tea amenities, more TV channel.

Value for money, a lot of restaurant nearby and if you have a car can drive to beach. Sleep really well. They don't provide toothbrush and towel. But to traveler who had big luggage have carry it all the way up by stair.

Excellent of this inn, newer property and kept extremely clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming ,fast internet access. that i'am requesting amenities all promised and delivered very fast. Feel more professional service such like 3 stars hotel !

At last I came here where the inn is run like a hotel,but the inn price very different from OTA and walk in. The front desk was friendly,attentive and helped with all that I asked for. The room was of a good size, modern and to date well maintained. It had a functional bathroom with and shower, once bath room very big. We had a very pleasant stay and recommend the hotel. I will check in again for the next time, so make sure give me in low level rooms ! thanks to the staff because give a good service also for pregnant girl.
