The room booked is not as advertised.
Pros:

Clean room, all equipments functioned, water pressure is ok.

Cons:

No window as advertised, room to small...not worth with the price.

Cons:

180/day is too expensive for a room without any windows, a tube of shampoo and foam. I have been informed by staff this is markup price from Booking.com. Even the staff said better book directly with them as the price will be less than half.

Pros:

I like the cleanliness of the room. And I like the location of the hotel. It's a bit far from the city area..

Cons:

I didn't like the fact it didn't have any breakfast options. There isn't a good restaurant nearby so I was struggling. Also the staff communication isn't that clear. They are not that welcoming or helpful. I literally had to ask questions to get information. Also I have to kept MYR 50 security deposit which I knew when I came there. It's refundable deposit but they should have told it to me in advance.

Ok if no other place to stay

Pros:

Bed & toilet is clean. Both receptionist staffs at night n morning were helpful eventho their internet was down n they cant seem to check if i had made the payment via booking.com . Hotel is very near to the legoland. Thats a plus. Overall we are well rested. Thank u Natura hotel

Cons:

No tv channels to watch for my kids. No wifi.
Have to pay for tourism fee twice. Via booking.com and also at the hotel. But it's just 10ringgit. Not a big deal for me.
The room have a very funky smelly stench.

Pros:

I liked the location . Was surrounded with useful shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The rooms , lift , and the external rooms compound smell weird very weird . A type of chemical smell . Mainly the room is extremely small . Bed sheets were dirty , and lack of pillow . Wall sockets were too far from bed

For the rate i paid, i expected it to be squeaky clean. Not worth the price.
Pros:

The deco at the lift area is instaworthy.

Cons:

1. The sliding door in the shower was not properly cleaned.

2. The glass shelf above the sink is about to break and fall as the rod holding it got rusty. We had to be extra cautious cause we didnt want to end up paying penalty for that.

3. Only 1 small shower gel bottle and 1 shampoo was provided for the two of us for the whole 3 days 2 nights stay.

4. No privacy, we noticed the top part of the curtain was not fully covered and there is CCTV from the outside.

5. The iron and the board has to be shared and the board was super dirty.

6. One of the towel provided was torn.
