冷氣好像有問題，聲音很大，溫度控制也不正確

滞在中Wi-Fiが全く使えなかった…

旅館價格便宜、位置佳、簡單乾淨、櫃檯服務人員友善（有些會說流利的中文）。是一次很好的住宿經驗，下次再來住這裏。

Wi-Fiが使えなかった

Solides und einfaches Hotel mit besonderer Einrichtung. Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der Lage ausgewählt. Die BTS ist enorm nah. Wir sind bereits zum zweiten Mal hier.

地點非常好，走出巷子就是捷運高架，右轉1分鐘是出口，再往前直行3分鐘是emquartier，對街馬路有一間Naraya門市；房間住2人的話空間很大，把它當飯店比是2.5分；當民宿比是4分，扣在毛巾不乾淨；其他的缺點就是蓮蓬頭水壓很小，排水孔有點塞；如果窩在飯店時間不長的旅程，單純為了有地方睡覺，在省旅費的前提之下還是會再入住，因為地點實在太優！門口的宵夜店好吃又便宜！

City view Room came without window (curtain in picture covered a window to a busy hallway.
WiFi not working.
Room had extensive water damage.
Ventilation incredibly loud and controlled from the hallway - other guests kept turning it on during night thinking it was a light switch.
Reception refused to support with taxi booking and wanted to charge a minimum of 800 baht and 2h wait for one of their private drivers.

Good location near transport and Malls

Ok for a brief stop over, especially given the price. Didn't get much help from staff on a couple of occasions. Room clean but parts of the floor taped up. AC appeared to give us sore throats the next day. Very convenient for SkyTrain station.

I was looking for a cheap place. For the money I spent, it was appropriately matched. However, the nice demo photos are of the deluxe rooms which are in very nice condition, but the other basic rooms like mine are a little worn.

Signs of previous mould issues everywhere, so I kept the room card in the slot by the door, and running the AC in dehumidifier mode, to keep everything fresh. The AC needs a good clean as well as it's growing mould inside - though this is very common, so I'm not too fussed.

The "laundry service" as phrased on 3rd party websites is a coin operated top loaded washing machine at the end of the corridor - bring plenty of 10baht coins to use it.

The bed itself was fine, though the pillows weren't my thing - small and hard. The safety box in the room was broken so I couldn't use it.

The complimentary bottles of water every time the room was serviced was a nice touch, though I kept feeling grit under my feet from as soon as I entered the room, and even after I asked for the room to be cleaned, so I don't think vacuuming is being done - maybe just by brush?

The shower was weak and very low but I managed - I guess I'm above the average height in Thailand so I had to stoop to have a shower - maybe invest in a longer shower hose?

There's a sofa but nowhere to unpack and store clothes except a shelf below the TV. The only window leads out into the corridor (weird!) so it's a dark experience!

The location is very convenient as it is a 3 minute walk from the BTS station. A mall is nearby and lots of food options are available. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and the location. We wished there was onsite breakfast.

My whole experience here was just amazing. They were very helpful from the beginning, booking the room and getting me checked in earlier. And when it was time to leave, they allow me to store my bags for a few hours so I could shop around . Only thing is that probably put some hand soap and things. Thanks guys

電梯開關門接觸不良要按很多次，飯店的聯絡電話無法撥通，提供錯誤！！請櫃檯人員代預約spa，結果到了按摩店館無預約紀錄，要撥打電話請飯店人員溝通，但住宿卷上提供飯店的電話號碼是錯的，讓我們浪費了寶貴的時間。

建物自体は古いようですが、オシャレにリフォームされていて古さは余り感じることは、ありませんでした。たた窓がない部屋は、閉塞感を感じるかと思います。
その他の設備面について、Wi-Fiは問題なく使えます。シャワーを使用していると、若干下水の臭いがするのはややマイナスです。
スタッフの方々は、みんな親切でなんの問題もありません。
立地も含めて、総合的にオススメ出来るホテルです。
