Pros:

The staff was friendly and accommodating, took good care of me, I even got a room upgrade!

Cons:

If you're coming with a lot of luggage the top floor might be a little bit of a struggle as from 5th to 6th floor there are stairs(but lift from 1-5) It wasn't a problem for me though

交通雖然很便利,但是住宿附近環境衛生不好(老鼠和蟑螂很多),而飯店也非常老舊與整潔度極差。

交通便利...櫃台接待服務人員很友善!

Cons:

(1)住宿附近的環境不是很好...老鼠和蟑螂很多.....
(2)房間很老舊、冷氣會漏水、房間霉味很重、洗澡水量很小、蓮蓬頭掛置處壞掉、馬桶會漏水......
(3)房間地板都沒打掃乾淨,入住時我還自己清潔打掃,地板都還有頭髮.....
(4)床單沒有很整潔、浴巾黑黑的.....住宿第3天開始出現過敏,回台灣隔天看醫生,醫生說這是很嚴重的過敏,家人5人中就有3人嚴重到立馬先打針,醫生告知這是環境不衛生引起的過敏,不是食物過敏,是我們住宿的床單、枕頭、棉被、浴巾、毛巾和房子整潔影響的。

位置非常好，但是房內設備需要再加強！唯一滿意的地方就是周邊非常多按摩店和好吃的小攤

房間的冷氣聲音大到連耳塞都擋不住，而且非常不涼，已經開到16度了，晚上睡覺還不用蓋棉被，而且房間異味非常重！

It is a decent hiring you need a good location near the BTS.
Pros:

Best location !! Good staff! Staff was very caring !!

Cons:

They should not have put the Washington machine on each floor. I had a conference call with the team in NYC, and I heard like a murder sound … shouting … dragging so I called a male staff to come see to discover that one room tried to use the washing machine at midnight to 2 am in the morning.

That was terrible with no civic sense.
Guess where they were from haha!!

The hotel is nice, clean and cozy 😁 Bed was comfortable, AC system worked well, didn’t hear any noise from the street or other rooms. The stuff of the hotel was very welcoming! Aumaim helped me a lot with my heavy luggage, she was always there for me ♥️ I am so grateful 🙏

Pros:

Месторасположение отеля покрывает существующие минусы отеля,несмотря на центр города,в отеле тихо,спать комфортно,соседей не слышно.
Жили в номере премиум,поселили на 6 этаж,очень неудобно,т к лифт идёт до 5 этажа и на 6 этаж крутая лестница,с сумками то.Попросили переселить нас и добавить подушки,наши пожелания были выполнены,за что спасибо персоналу.Сантехника не в идеальном состоянии,в другом всё хорошо,белоснежные полотенца и бельё,микроволновая печь,фен,чайник,посуда,сейф,диван со столиком перед ТВ,всё что необходимо.Ставлю оценку 5.
