The structure is 5 minutes away from metro station. There are shops, supermarkets all around. Many brasseries, bars and restaurants at 3 min walking.

The room is great, very clean. AC works great. The manager is great. Very happy about my stay. I lost my passport during my trip. The owner let me stay another very helpful night. And, let me stay a few more hours while I book my flight, for no extra charge. I am very thankful.

Appartamento molto grande, situato in buona posizione. Aveva qualche mobile rotto.
Mancava qualche stoviglia e non c'era la lavastoviglie.
La pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare.
Dal Bagno si sentiva un cattivo odore, probabilmente a causa di qualche problema al sifone.
Il personale al check in è stato gentile e disponibile.

Highly recommended ❤️ safe and convenient
Pros:

The place is very convenient on everything,we were 5 people 2 adults and 3 kids, we enjoy our stay, restaurants fast food is just around the area. 2 minutes walk going to the metro it’s easy to travel around and see different tourist attractions. The apartment is spacious and clean, and the owner is very nice very accommodating, if you have questions you just go to her boutique beside the apartment.
I highly recommend this apartment if you’re traveling with kids, families or friends cause the location of this apartment is very convenient on everything. Thankful to the owner for letting us check inn earlier than our check inn time.almost forgot it has Ac 😊

Für Paris erstaunlich großzügig, bequemes Schlafsofa und angenehmes Interieur. Parken fast gegenüber zu fairen Preisen möglich. Metrostation in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Communication was lacking.

3 of us stayed for 3 nights, no daily cleaning, was given 2 small rolls of toilet tissues and was told to make it last or we'll have to purchase our own after.

The bath towels was low quality. I wash my car with better towels.

Lots of food options in the area and seems safe.

Esperienza buona, posizione ottima, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Unica pecca, abbiamo alloggiato in un bilocale e l’unica grande finestra presente non era dotata di tenda o tapparella, quindi al mattino presto entrava subito molta luce e anche di notte dall’ufficio di fronte entrava sempre un po’ di luce. Per il resto siamo stati 5 notti, tutto ok.

Camera impeccabile, super pulita e dotata di cucina ben attrezzata per chi volesse cucinarvi, bagno e letto super puliti. Personale super gentile e pronto ad adattarsi nonostante le differenze linguistiche, semmai dovessi tornare a Parigi sicuramente tornerei qui ❤️

部屋は写真通りで清潔で非常に良かった。
またアクセスも良く場所は完璧。
ドイツからクルマで向かいましたが、駐車場の問い合わせを何回入れても返事がなかったので、近くのindigoの地下駐車場に止めました。事前予約で安くなります。
またセキュリティがしっかりしてるので、海外ナンバーでも安心でした。
ホテルは１点シャワーの水圧が弱いので、そこを改善すれば完璧かと思います。
またデポジットがいつ戻ってくるかが気になります。
その他は下のブティックが管理してて、洗濯も２階と3階で行えますが、鍵をかけられて取れなくなることがあるので、ブティックに相談してください。
総合的にセキュリティもしっかりしているし、部屋が何よりきれいなので満足してます。
宿泊は501号室でした。

Siamo una famiglia di 5 persone e abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti presso questa struttura. l'appartamento era pulito, ampio e ben arredato, la posizione ottima. il gestore è stato molto gentile e disponibile sia per il ceck-in che per il ceck-out. Consiglio questa struttura.

Vores vært var sød at tage imod os sent om aftenen men han var meget beruset og lugtede af sprut og tobak. Han var ikke selv tryg ved at gå med ud og vise os hvor vi skulle parkere fordi området var fyldt med mistænksomme typer og hans så kaldte kontor flød med beskidte håndklæder og sengetøj. Han kunne ikke finde vores nøgle så vi fik hans nøgle sagde han. Da vi rejser med børn var vi bestemt ikke trygge hverken ved området eller vores berusede vært og selvom vi ikke kunne få vores penge tilbage så valgte vi at forlade stedet og kører videre. Det var en ubehagelig oplevelse og vi vil ikke anbafale andre børnefamilier at ankomme her sent om aftenen.
