Four of us in 3 rooms for 3 nights. The rooms were not serviced during our stay and I reported this on day 3. The receptionist came to the room saying they only had one cleaner. She did a small clean but not her job
You cannot charge hotel prices then not service rooms with clean towels, replenish tea coffee etc for 3 nights.

Very enjoyable. Would happily visit again.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Cottage was extremely comfortable and clean. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Had dinner in the restaurant. Good choice on the menu and food was very good. Service was rather slow but to be fair restaurant was very busy.

It was perfect and had their been accommodation available we would have stayed another night

Couldn't get TV on to a normal terrestrial channel.
There were no dish cloths or tea towels for the kitchen area.

Really lovely stay loved the room great location with in the town

Breakfast was very good only issue was the coffee machine both days there was an issue which was rectified

Enjoyable short stay at this bustling, well-located hotel in centre of Pitlochry.
Pros:

Breakfast - good buffet-style breakfast, with welcome addition of poached eggs made to order!

Room - good size, well furnished with large, comfortable bed. Spacious shower area with powerful 'rain' shower was most welcome.

Didn't dine there. The hotel has a very extensive combined eating and bar area which was busy for lunch and dinner during our August weekend stay: I suspect this town-centre hotel attracts many non—residents for food and drink during peak tourist season.

Cons:

Live music from bar area filtered through to our room - not loud and candidly, not a big problem for us at the time but worth being aware of this possibility at weekends.

At peak season this is a bustling hotel - this was just fine for our short stay. We enjoyed our stay. (It's perhaps not the place for a quiet meal nor for a quiet dram in a comfy residents' lounge.)

Can't said much as just a night. But simple and easy pitlochry.
Pros:

I got the townhouse all by ourselves. 2 bedrooms and 1 toilet. Just next to the main house. Check in is at the restaurant n got to wait 20 minutes for one of the waiting staff to come over and hand us the key. They all too busy. Car parking behind is full all the time. So park next block public car park. Breakfast is normal.

Cons:

Reception should be more forthcoming cos they can see us 4 pax waiting at a tiny corners, tired after driving, but they couldn't help until 20 minutes later n when other guests started to join us with luggage.

Von der Türe ins Bett
Pros:

Eine gute Lage und geeignet für einen kurzem Zwischenstop auf dem Weg von Edinburgh nach Inverness. Die Bar ist gut ausgestattet und es gab Live Musik. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr lecker.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr verwinkelt und die Parkplätze reichen nicht für die Gäste aus. Durch Zufall haben wir in einer entfernten Seitenstraße parken können. Unser Zimmer war eine kleine heimelige Dachkammer, mit Minibad. Die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Fensterbrett, der Durchgang zwischen Wand und Bett hin zum Bad wäre durch Koffer komplett verschlossen, wenn nicht der Wandschrank zum "Koffer hineinrollen" vorhanden wäre.

Great location, clean room, good facilities and good breakfast.
Pros:

The location was great, the room was lovely.

Cons:

The car park was full, I picked the hotel as it had parking. That was a disappointment. No mirror in room to dry your hair in front of. No ability keep open the window when it was a warm night. Only one tea bag in room.

Pros:

I liked everything about this hotel.
My single room was lovely with a beautiful shower room. The staff were lovely and well trained. The food was excellent (venison for me) and the location could not be better.

Pros:

The breakfast was great. The room was large and clean . Great shower .

Cons:

The sockets at the side of the bed are too low down you have to move bedside cabinets to plug anything in
