The staff were very accommodating - I had a train to Makkah at 9pm - they stored my luggage and allowed me to change into ihram at 7pm. Property is a bit of a walk away from the Masjid but the shuttle service is available twice for each prayer times (to and from) was only late by a few minutes returning to the hotel a couple of times in my 5 days there. From shuttle point to the haram it’s around a 6 minute walk if ur a fast walker, to gate 21/22. Overall very good value for money

The view from my window of Mount Uhud.

The spacious room

The friendly and efficient staff. Smiling face greeting me when I checked on the 13th Jan after 17:00. The young lad that helped clean up on the morning of the 18th Jan.

The walk from the hotel to the Haram. Masjid u Nabawi. Although far, you will need the free shuttle or taxi, it was lovely taking in the sights and sought with my 84 year old mum.

Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Try and clean the inside of the .microwave on the ground floor twice a day. Only used it once and not a deal breaker.
