Hotel Kohinoor Park

Roaches in bathroom & room. Pictures by management are old and a lie. Service was poor.
I asked to speak with the management and the front desk did not share their contact details. Certainly avoid staying at this hotel unless one is desperate and in need of a central location.

We recently stayed at the Hotel as its right across the corner of Shree Siddhivinayak Temple. We had a good stay, the rooms were clean, and the morning breakfast was pretty nice. The Building had a dated look, but the insiders were a nice surprise.

Very Good Hotel, location is amazing, we have stayed here many times and even referred our relatives too. They have also liked it. Good service, rooms are clean & neat near to Sidhivinayaka Temple. We don't have issue to recommend this hotel

The hotel is located at the best spot possible. Itz opposite Siddhivinayak temple. Just 2 mins walking distance. Below the hotel are outlets of Dominos pizza and Mac Donalds. All kinds of transport is available 24x7. The hotel has good spacious rooms with a decent breakfast for the price it charges. The staff and service is really appreciated. The only thing I wish them to improve on is their mattress quality.

It's a well maintained hotel with courteous and helpful staff.

Foe me - the pillows could be better, but everything else was perfect.
I'm sure if I'd requested, they would have changed the pillows too. But it was okay, so I didn't bother.

Love the spaciousness of the rooms too.

Excellent location for the visitors of Siddhivinayak Temple. Just 200 meters walk and you reach temple.

Clean and road touch facility.

Reception Staff and serving breakfast are friendly.


Breakfast was limited but hygiene and tasty.

Rooms are cozy. Ample parking space.

I stayed at Hotel Kohinoor park from 5 Dec 23 to 9 Dec 23 for my daughter marriage at Mumbai. Hotel service & arrangement was exillent, I booked 10 rooms for my guests. Very good Hotel for marriage arrangement because Vavo banquets also there.

Pros;
Room and upkeep: Extremely clean rooms with all basic amenities.

Location: At a stone's throw distance from Shri Siddhivinayak Temple Mumbai.

Cons;
Food: limited choice with average taste.

Staff and Service: below average staff and poor service.

Very near and opposite Siddhi Vinayak temple. For Mumbai, the room is spacious. Food was good. Breakfast buffet was also good. WiFi provided and a gym is available at the fourth floor. Spacious facility as such. The highlight is the closeness to the temple

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two kids and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the rooms this was one of the nicest places we stayed in.Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

I had booked this hotel for 2 days for family .
Room are pretty good for family
Reception male staff is too hard but ladies staff is too helpful .

Service is very good
Break fast if not upto the mark but required amount of varity they are serving

I paid 5000 per night for 3 person which is quite costly compare to room size and facilities.

If you are coming for siddhi vinayak darshan then it's very goo option other wise you can save your money by taking another hotels near by prabhadevi

I regret to book this hotel. It is waste of time and money. Not at all worth it at this cost.

Friendly staff, but the facility felt rather outdated and a bit dirty and uncomfortable. Lots of noise since the window faced the street with constant traffic and construction where they are building a metro line. Luckily the super noisy fan drowned it out. Excellent shower, though - great water pressure and hot the whole time (best of the 3 hotels I stayed at in India), although looked a bit grimy. I thought the breakfast was included but found out it wasn't when I tried to get some the next morning.

The first room they gave us had noisy customers next door so we had to change the room .The moment we entered the second room there were two dead spiders on the floor which was dirty and we needed to get it cleaned . The room faced busy road junction so it was noisy. The bathroom was tiny with inadequate supply of toiletries . The breakfast was nothing to write about .
As entrance of hotel is from busy main road loading and unloading of suitcases is difficult as traffic police keeps hounding you.
The only plus point is central location which is important in city like Mumbai.
The rooms need complete overhaul .

I really like the location and costing of the stay. It's staff was courteous and caring to make me feel safe and comfortable during the stay. Breakfast was well placed with appropriate variety - thank you!

Its a pretty decent hotel with great location and staff. It's a hotel with all the basic amenities that you expect. Just across the road is Shri Siddhivinayak Mandir and banks, coffee cafe , eating joints all at walking distance.
Would recommend this to all those who are looking for central stay in Mumbai, pocket friendly and basic hotel

Had been there with my family. Room is OK but no vantilation and upper floor and outside room noise is too much. Cockroaches in the room and bathroom. During our stay pest control guys disturb us but I didn't allow them to do pest because I had 1.5 years old kid.

We have booked this hotel bcoz its opposite to Siddhivinayak Mandir where we want to visit to take blessing from Ganpati ji. Jai Shri Ganesha!! Hotel rooms were decent with all basic amenities and spacious as well. We have included Breakfast in our package which is average in taste and variety. Rest all is good. Thanks.

this hotel is perfect for mid range travelers
I stayed for 2 nights and my experience with this hotel is one of the best so far
The staff is well trained
The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean
Bed was much comfortable
A/C was working fantastic
WiFi was working at a decent speed (can load 730p youtube video without buffering)

TV had no channels but I dont like to watch TV so for me it didnt matter
Location is the perfect

I recommend this hotel to anyone

One of the best hotel in prabhadevi. for a business trip have been there for 3 days. specious and clean rooms. services are really good. food in complimentary breakfast were tasty and service was good.
