Comfy Stay with Great Service.
Pros:

It is nice well mantained but bit old property.
Very nice swrvice levels and next to Industrial Area.

Overall experince has been quite satisfactory.

The property met all our needs, and was perfectly located for our business trip. Clean, lots of amenities for meeting outside our rooms and extremely helpful and friendly staff! We found the buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner of good quality, but very expensive and too many consistent choices between the 3 meals.

Very good hotel, perfect position for business purposes.
In my opinion they need to improve the buffet at the restaurant “Bocca buona” with more internacional receipts and plates , while using an italian name but it’s not . I have seen people walking in the restaurant looking the buffet and getting out.

Went for business trip. Initially had Booked for 5 days but finished work in two days and left early. However hotel was not business friendly and refused to refund the remaining 3 days.
Will never book again.

‏لقد كانت خدمة تنظيف الغرف سيئة جدا حيث لم يتم تنظيف الغرفة الا 9:30 ليلا بعد مطالبات كثيرة
كذلك هناك عطل في باب الحمام في الغرفة 205 وطلبت اصلاحه ولم يتم للاسف

Very poor service. The hotel was dedicated to COVID 19 patients. No room service and very poor breakfast. I requested three mix grill meals and they were the worst I have eaten in my life. They charged me extra money and when I argued with somebody on the phone he blamed me for not asking for ghe price before I order. After I left the hotel the accountancy personnel called and apologized for charging me SR 150 extra and promised to see the refunding policy.

Everything was great except the location inside an industrial city, so that, a bad smell available some time. Also, there was to much insects every ware, but of course not inside the room.
