Jinhold Hotel & Serviced Apartment Miri

Very close to Airport. Its good to stay for those going travelling to airport.

The hotel is a fantastic location for Miri Airport, the Swimming Pool and Gym were great and such good value for money.

The stay is great, only problem is the smelly towels.. we made a complaint to the front desk and its replaced in a minute..

Miriではもっとも新しいホテルで、全体にゆったりとした造りであるが、部屋は床も壁もコンクリートにメラミンを貼り付けて飾っただけの、落ち着きも味も全くなく、床のメラミンは施工が悪く、歩くと不陸部分で変な音が出て落ち着かないし、角に気を付けないと足を怪我する恐れもあるのでリラックスはできないと感じました　
洗面とシャワールームは十分な広さがあるのでバスタブが十分に置けるのになぜ設置しないの？とも思います
寝具もやや黴臭く、カバーの交換だけでなく匂い対策もしないとリピーターが減るだろうと思いました　
空港の目の前なので旅行客には最適ですが、Miriの市街からは遠く、市街探索の拠点としては今一つ

Cosy ,clean, comfortable

The hotel is fantastic but during the week nearly deserted. I was the only one for dinner and at breakfast only one other person was there. Because of this it had no atmosphere at all but on the whole a nice hotel with great friendly staff. Breakfast is totally catered for local visitors only so for westerners not much good. Overall not a bad place to be but better when there are some more people around.

Nice hotel to stay, apartment very convenient for family.

My overall hotel stay was comfortable. Nice hotel decorations and clean rooms. The only downside is cannot find much choices for dinner as most of the surrounding coffee shops are closed in the evening except for the curry house nearby.

Good stay. However, the air conditioning was not cold which makes the room hot and had to switch on the fan at all times. The swimming pool was huge but unfortunately the pool seemed to be not clean with particles of sand and water was yellowish. How often do you clean the pool? Nevertheless, We particularly like the safety of the hotel with CCTV all around and guest card was needed to enter the premises including the basement parking.

It will be great if the hotel let my friend check in using the booking number..they let my friend wait for an hour refusing to let her check in using the booking number just because she din mention my account name as check in guest. Maybe the hotel should mention my name when my friend gave them the booking number and all this can be prevented. Overall im satisfied with the location and enjoyed my stay.

Clean & comfortable

Our room was hot due to the sun... the room's glass are just too big and the aircon cant cool the room fast enough. Aircon was not cool enough too. Near to airport and need to drive out to shop. Big room.

Very nice modern hotel directly across the street from the airport. It looks brand new. The breakfast was okay.

The hotel is situated just opposite the Miri Airport. Location wise it’s a bit far from town but if you rent a car (there are many car rentals at the airport), getting around is not difficult. There are many coffee shops near the hotel (within walking distance) which serves up decent kolo mee and other local food.

Good over all

Location is amazing as I travel and work at airports around the world. This simply means more time for everything else and less on preparation. Staffers were top of the charts amazing. One of my employees required medical attention in the middle of the night and we couldn't get a ride. Staff offered to drive us to the nearest hospital and waited for us to be done. The good is more than the bad and in such, I'll write about the bad in detail and no more than this about the goods.

The bathroom has some issues. 1 being that the toilet bowl is crammed between the wall and the glass pane of the shower. As someone who's 182 CM @ 99 KG this simply means that it's just a little cramped for comfort. The shower, amazing rain shower only issue is that the output is higher than the drainage could handle and could lead to over flowing of water. The hot/cold balance is extremely sensitive too. Amenities however are amazing and the design is comfortable. A tub would've been nice but can't win em all.

The breakfast buffet is where my biggest qualms are. Ala carte menu with too little choice. The english breakfast, although good felt lacking. It isn't hearty enough. Maybe some pan grilled/sauteed mushrooms along the sides to make it more of an English breakfast than what it is now. A simple assortment of items. An expanded menu for the breakfast buffet including meaty items would be definitely welcomed.

Bonus Points?: R&R Area is fantastic. Golf greens to boot and massive comfort options
