The staff on this hotel were all very nice. The room was also good.
The restaurants were not good enough for a five star hotel. The nicest view were from the restaurant by the sea but they had a very limited meny which were more expensive than good.
The breakfast were rather big but only half good. It felt like they had a western manager there and the food was not focused on any part of the sections just half focused. They should lay down more effort to make the food tasty and fresh.

Beautiful, relaxing hotel. Khun Johnnie took exceptional care of us! present from morning to evening across every outlet, always attentive and proactive (even setting up a fan without being asked in the heat). The Pool Bar team was also lovely. Truly impressed.
Unfortunately didn’t stay but had the chance to have dinner at Pebbles where Johnny and his amazing staff were going above and beyond to make dinner fantastic.

An ideal staycation
Located on the beach this hotel is so attractive, designef with so much style and character.
I experienced the "WOW" the moment I arrived at the impressive reception area.
Two infinity pools, gardens, gym, restaurant, bar and beautifully appointed bedrooms each with a sea view.
Staff are friendly, attentive and efficient.
There are no attractions within walking distance except for s long expanse of pristine, golden sand and the azure water I of the Gulf of Siam.
A truly exceptional holiday experience - just like last time.
Lovely hotel with amazing sea views. We took a pool access room which provided great access directly to the pool bar. Breakfast was amazing variety with excellent service. Johnny from Navigator team went out of way to make us feel really comfortable and took care of our request. As a Lifetime Gold Member these are the perks....
I had a great short stay at the Renaissance. The Check Inn was one of the best that have ever had! Khun Praw made me feel very welcome even though I was checking in early.
The Room was perfect and the view was very nice. Only the Mattrace seemed to be a bit dated.
Thanks also to Fongbeer at the R-Bar.
The Breakfast was very good and had everything I need and more.
Also, I took advantage of the Shuttle Bus to Pattaya which goes twice per day at 12:00 and 16:00 with a final stop at Terminal21.
For the ride back you need to take a Taxi or Grab for about 200-300 Baht.
During this holiday, I visited and tried Pebble Restaurant for the first time and was impressed with the sunset view. The staff provided excellent service; I'd like to mention Khun Nok Manager Khun Ball, Khun Jane, And the man at the cocktail bar Khun J (Not sure for his name). The mocktails were delicious, and the food was excellent. I will definitely be back soon. Thank you.

We came back to Renaissance Pattaya again, and it truly feels like a home away from home. What keeps bringing us back is not only the beautiful atmosphere, but also the exceptional care from the staff.
Our great experience started even before arrival. I reached out via chat to request changing from a King bed to a double bed, and Khun Joom from the admin team or front team was incredibly helpful. She responded quickly and prepared everything beyond our expectations. My little nephew absolutely loved the connecting room and had so much fun running around.
Upon arrival, the Front team warmly welcomed us right from the luggage drop-off, even though I didn’t catch their names. The welcome drink with pandan aroma was refreshing and a lovely touch. During check-in, special thanks to Jimmy for the smooth and efficient process. He was very friendly, professional, and clearly well-trained, paying great attention to detail.
When we entered the room, we were delighted by the welcome set with fruits and snacks—especially the look choup, which was amazing. Thank you to Anko Timmer for the thoughtful greeting card, and to the entire team for taking such good care of us.
We then headed straight to the pool. While my nephew enjoyed the water, we relaxed at the pool bar. K' Night made fantastic cocktails and was very friendly and fun to chat with. Huge thanks to Night, Win, and Poon for their warm hospitality and for being so kind to our nephew and family.
This stay deserves a 10/10. Every moment was filled with warmth and care. Thank you to all the staff for making this place truly feel like our second home.
Facilities overall are still in good shape. Been here quite a few times. Breakfast is not as great as it was but still ok. Rooms are clean. Gym was great. Kept coming back as I know what to expect.
We enjoyed a wonderful 10 days at Renaissance Hotel. The place is amazing and the staff so friendly and helpful particularly Johnnie and Baiyok who both went out of their way to make our stay so wonderful.
Renaissance located at South Pattaya is a great hotel with magnificent staff. Experienced first hand and excellent attention from Gm Anna, F&B Mgr Anko as well as Jonnie (F&B) who are inspiring.
