Pools sind sehr schön, Essen ist super.
Gute Strandlage mit eigenen Liegen

Cons:

Zu wenig Liegen am Pool. Das Hauptgebäude ist nicht mehr auf den aktuellen Stand und scheint etwas in Jahre gekommen zu sein.
Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits.
Das Zimmer war als Doppelbett mit Schlafsofa angegeben, nur gibt es im Hotel kein Zimmer mit Schlafsofa

Всё было отлично! Отличные бассейны и собственный пляж отеля (что в Паттайе большая редкость), всегда были свободные лежаки, полотенца. Никаких очередей на завтраке, всегда найдут столик. Сын (14л) три раза брал мастер-класс по приготовлению тайской еды, абсолютно счастлив!

Great service, thoughtful staff, and fantastic food in a perfect beach setting.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachside hotel and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed.

A special mention goes to the bartender, Takkie, who made us feel at home. He was friendly, attentive, and, together with his team, created a great vibe, which made it fun for all the guests sitting around the pool area.

Paddle boarding was another highlight of our stay. Game, who was in charge of the Kids Club, was very helpful. He gave us detailed recommendations and arranged time slots for us so we didn’t have to stress over things. We can see his dedication and passion for his job, and were impressed with all the life-size Minecraft figures he made to make the children feel happy and entertained. His aqua aerobics routine was a lot of fun for guests to follow, or at least try to. He managed to bring lots of smiles to everyone’s faces.

The food at the hotel was excellent — delicious, well-prepared, and very diversified, with something to please everyone in the family.

Great New Years spent here
Pros:

Came this time for 5 nights during new years and had an incredible time. Mr Johnnie did his best to make our stay perfect and we can’t thank him enough for all that he did for us during this stay. Will definitely come back again this year.

Renaissance Pattaya great experience
Pros:

Enjoyed our four days at the resort. All facilities and service first class, bonus being situated by a sandy beach with warm waters. Great service by staff who happy to engage guests, and was really looked after by Johnny whether in the restaurant or floatup bar. Recommended.

Lovely family vacation
Pros:

We had a great family vacation at the Renaissance. While in Pattaya our highlights were a day trip to Koh Larn, the Elephant Sanctuary and the best water park at Ramayana!! At the hotel, Johnnie and team at 609 kitchen were amazing!!! Treated us so well at breakfast and dinner!

Amazing experience as always at Renaissance Pattaya.
Pros:

Johnnie, the hotel navigator, and the rest of the hotel team has made our stay wonderful.
It’s our 2nd time here for Christmas and New Year, and we would be coming back again definitely. Good sized hotel with lots of ways to relax and unwind. We feel very well looked after as Johnnie always remember what we like. He always greet us with a smile and a small chat at breakfast to ask if we need anything. And he’s always there at happy hour pool bar. Beautiful views of the sea and sunset from the property.

We have two boys aged 5 and 9, and they love making friends and do activities in kids club. Great location for a well balanced holiday. Some days we go to central Pattaya for the mall and movie. Some days we sit at beach huts restaurants which is a short drive from the property.

Offer a different room type
Pros:

We booked the room with King bed. When we arrive, the hotel said king bed is not available and it is not guarantee. When I made the order, I can clearly see the king bed room and twin bed room are different and with different price. It is too surprise to be advised the ordered room type is not available and for the couple to stay in twin bed room.
