5/5 stars! We held a corporate event here and the service was outstanding. A massive shout-out to the hotel staff who went the extra mile:

What a wonderful experience we had. A beautiful hotel with all amenities you could want as a family. Including the extravagant breakfast buffet. I want to especially give a huge thanks to Johnnie who everyday we were there delivered amazing service and attention. We will definitely come again.

We recently stayed at this hotel with our 1.5-year-old daughter and had a wonderful experience.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our family vacation.

What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and attentive, especially when it came to accommodating our young child.

A special thank you to Jhonnie from the F&B team, whose friendliness, attentiveness, and outstanding service made every dining experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Biggest thanks to Ancor, the F&B Manager, for his warm welcome, professionalism, and personal attention, which helped make our stay comfortable and memorable.

Pros:

The staff on this hotel were all very nice. The room was also good.

Cons:

The restaurants were not good enough for a five star hotel. The nicest view were from the restaurant by the sea but they had a very limited meny which were more expensive than good.
The breakfast were rather big but only half good. It felt like they had a western manager there and the food was not focused on any part of the sections just half focused. They should lay down more effort to make the food tasty and fresh.
