AC Hotel by Marriott San Francisco Airport/Oyster Point Waterfront

Pretty hotel, located in the midst of a business park. The hotel is kinda hip and kinda trendy, but not too much. Check-in and out was friendly, professional and efficient. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I found a great rate so it was a good value for the money. There was a special event going on my first evening, so the common areas were loud, and the event must have been until late in the evening, since there were a lot of comings-and-goings with other guests that evening. Once that was over, it was very quiet. The hotel provides nice touches, like a little lavender sachet in the lobby. The only thing I didn't care for us paying $20ish for parking. You're literally parking in an open lot, around the hotel and in the office building next door. It doesn't feel very safe or secure. Also, why do I have to pay, if it's literally an office building parking lot? Besides that minor annoyance, I'd stay here again.

We absolutely love staying here and always book this hotel as a small getaway from San Jose whenever we visit San Francisco. The location is perfect. Right next to the freeway and right by the city. The staff is consistently incredible. From the moment we checked in, Anish and the lovely lady at the front desk were incredibly kind and welcoming. Anish went above and beyond to get us into our room for an early check-in, giving us plenty of time to explore the city. When we mentioned we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, he was sweet enough to surprise us with cookies and water! Atmosphere is beautiful.

Later in the evening, another wonderful front desk agent (an incredibly sweet Filipina woman whose name I unfortunately missed) was kind enough to grant us a late checkout so we could sleep in and relax the next morning.

This hotel holds a special place in our hearts, we even booked it for our wedding weekend last year with our family and friends. It is always clean, spacious, and filled with the friendliest staff. We can't wait for our next stay!

The place is nice, very clean and good breakfast. The check in took long than we expected. The location is far SFO downtown. We booked with breakfast and they unknown about it :(

We had a two day training that we decided to book at the AC Hotel, we had previously used them before for other events and like to continuously use them. We were on the second floor - Bayview Room, the view of the water is peaceful and the size of the room was perfect for our training. The food was delicious and so many options to choose from for breakfast and lunch. The staff is very friendly and checked in on us to make sure we were good. Plenty of parking and if you have people who need to stay the night at the hotel, it is a clean property and a nice bar on the main floor.

My overall experience was great. The room was nice, clean, and was quiet.

Needed to print important documents for my meeting, and Anish at the front desk helped me when I couldn’t find a way to connect to printer. He went above and beyond to help me! Thank you very much

Wonderful hotel, great staff, clean rooms safe and close to everything in San Francisco.

A solid choice for those flying out of SFO. Large and attractive rooms and bathrooms with nice water views. Good toiletries. Close to the airport, just a Bolt ride away.

Amazing hotel! The best part is Ozcan who is always warm and friendly upon checking in. I love this location and amenities.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, no carpet, no bad odors, short drive into the city, beautiful views and area, and friendly staff.

The location is awesome. The staff is friendly and courteous, clean rooms and delicious breakfast.

Our usual spot when we come to SF. It’s convenient located near the freeway and the rooms are always clean and quiet. The last few times, the front desk person helping us was Nish. He provided excellent customer service! He was very helpful, patient, and accommodating. Definitely recommend this spot if you are in the Bay Area.
