Clean comfortable room. Not handicap friendly staff

The room was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly and the restaurant and check in staff were awful

Cons:

Staff need to be better trained on politeness. The person who checked us in was rude although the young man working next to us was very nice.

Front desk hospitality
Pros:

I checked in late night at the hotel after a long travel day gone wrong, I really appreciated the hospitality,cheerfulness and helpfulness of the front desk associate Shelley. It was really nice to end a weary day with such great service. Front desk, hospitality matters, and I want to thank AC hotel for a great stay. Clean and comfortable too.

Great service from Shelley
Pros:

Shelley went above and beyond. I left a charger on a flight and was in a bind. She went to her car and lent her personal charger that saved my trip. Friendly, kind customer service is the reason I’ll come back. Thank you Shelley!

Pros:

Hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the airport, located in a quiet biotech area. No shuttle to and from the airport provided by the hotel. Front desk staff are helpful, there are some complimentary nuts/candies/water at the front desk. The bar / restaurant is allright, not amazing. There is a hotel pool which is quite small and a small gym next to the pool. The room is clean and comfortable. Nice view of an inlet from our room and the restaurant as well

Great Hotel for visiting local Biotech Companies
Pros:

great hotel. Location cannot be beat for local biotech companies.

Easy check in and checkout, clean rooms
Pros:

Shelley was great and made the stay much easier. I had an issue where I had 2 separate reservations and she helped me out so I had no problems.
