Que reserve y me dijeron que estaba lleno
La ubicación, es excelente en relación a la playa y otros lugares de diversión.
Que no te aseguren que la habitación que reservaste es la que te entregarán y no la que esté disponible en el momento.

Hice la reservación y cuando llegue me dijeron que no habia campo y mi reservación estaba hecha ya.. todo se me complicó por esta causa
We didn’t stay
I think some updates of location should be added. We flew into DR around 1am. We didn’t even recognize the hotel. Drive by it 2 times. Was a dark and sketchy area. Lots of people sitting around. We refused to get out of the cab. Made home take us to a different hotel and hour away

Showed up at 5 pm for our reservation which we had previously emailed the expected time of arrival for a 2 night stay. THEY HAD GIVEN AWAY OUR ROOM--NO VACANCY
Posizione ottima, mare bellissimo, spiaggia bella ma spesso sporcata dai locali, clima ottimo.
Camera squallida, muri anneriti di sporco(foto). Biancheria vecchia e addirittura alcuni asciugamani macchiati e lacerati dall'usura. Bagno fatiscente e interruttore con fili completamente esposti (foto). All'arrivo disponendo di soli euro, e a fronte di un tasso di cambio dollaro/euro ufficiale di circa 0,85, mi è stato chiesto di saldare il conto di 275 dollari con altrettanti 275 euro...dopo aver evidenziato al sig Ramon la differenza tra le valute mi ha imposto il prezzo di 265 euro quando ne avrei invece dovuti pagare 238 come oltretutto indicato sulla piattaforma al momento della prenotazione (foto della ricevuta). Pulizia camera ogni 2 giorni. Nei primi 4 giorni assenza di acqua calda per guasto. A causa di diversi blackout si interrompeva il pompaggio dell'acqua(niente doccia, niente scarico vater)...nessun gruppo elettrogeno. Ascensore fuori uso e cavi scoperti(foto). Cassetta di sicurezza assente(era invece indicata nella descrizione sulla piattaforma). Cortesia e professionalità del titolare e del personale no comment!!!!!

LA UBICACION Y EL PRECIO. ES UN HOTEL PARA ESTAR DE TRANSITO.
EL HOTEL ESTA MUY DETERIORADO. LA DUCHA NO FUNCIONABA. UNO MANDA PREGUNTAS POR LA PAGINA Y NADIE CONTESTA. EL SEÑOR DE LA RECEPCION TRABAJA COMO ESCLAVO Y HACE LO MEJOR QUE PUEDE, PERO ESTA DESBORDADO DE TRABAJO Y NO ENTIENDE NADA DEL SISTEMA BOOKING.

Absolutely nothing. The place was disgusting.
The location is okay but the place is old, beaten down, drug addicts in the area, women walking around barefoot at midnight, loud music and women screaming at midnight. The whole room was dirty and I mean visible tracks of dust that is difficult to explain. It was obvious its a dirty place. The restroom was a mess. No showerhead, plants growing up from the sink, open sewage looking all moldy. Disgusting.
The bedsheets were weird. Couldnt sleep on top of them. Booking should be embarassed to have this. We only had to stay from 1 am to 9am 8 hours but once we got in we wanted to leave right away. Curtakns were nasty, room smelled weird. Only reason we had to stay was because it was midnight and we had a toddler. So weird I cried and we slept on a blanket I had. Showered standing on a towel with our shoes on. We were afraid to touch anything. Im from the caribbean and we know staying up late and playing music but it felt being in a superghetto area. Never ever again.

The sheets were blood stained. The pillows were smelling bad. A brokek chair was in the room . When I set on it, it collapsed and bruised my neck and back. The refrigerator didn't have any shelf and I was rusty. The manager was very rude.
