There was nothing to like.

Cons:

4th floor room , no elevator . In the room no running water in the sink. I had a toilet that didn’t flush. So I had to walk to a restaurant to use their restroom. Two night stay at hey didn’t clean the room or change the towel

Trotz Reservierung kein zimmer frei

Nichts!!! Wir haben extra von Österreich aus Monate im voraus reserviert.

Kommen dort an...

Alles dreckig und kaputt, ungepflegt..

Und dann zeigt der mann uns unfreundlich die Reservierung aber das er kein zimmer mehr frei hat.

Ich sag dann aber wir haben reserviert.

Und er..

Das ist egal.

Wenn ich kein zimmer mehr frei hab... Hab ich kein zimmer mehr frei!!!

Punkt.

So eine Frechheit habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Al hace la reserva 3 semanas antes informamos de que llegábamos de noche

El mismo día avisamos de la hora de llegada .

Llegamos a las 23:30 de la noche y no tenía habitaciones la había vendido a otra persona

Tuvimos que gastarnos 150€ en otro hotel que nos informó que era una práctica normal es este hotel.


Tema a parte el hotel está en una zona peligrosa y lo que pudimos ver en muy mal estado.

Si reservan por booking tienen que asegurarse con el hotel que la reservacion se hizo. Yo llegue tuve ese problema mi habitación se la dieron a otra persona. Pero la persona que atiende el hotel amablemente me consiguió en otro cerca del lugar

Then never give me the my booking they tell me no you cancel it and I showed them the I showed them the confirmed number

Very bad Hotel I went there. I’m tired 24 hours and like get up early to airplane and I went there and they tell me you have no no room there doesn’t give me the room and I went to look for other place and pay for another hotel almost $40 for one night and then I go and search for other place to stay. They are very bad people.

Cons:

I have the booking information and everything and then confirm and they never give me the room they say is no no room here they say you cancel it. It’s not cancel it as you can see it there and I show them the confirm number and everything that doesn’t they doesn’t look they don’t wanna talk to me, and I went there like too tired to look for another place to sleep.

Ni sikiera me aloje ese señor es una estafa resere y cuando yegue me dijo k no abia abitacion k el la alkilo k esa página solo es para temporadas bajas k si le pegan alkilar en el momento el da la abitacion entonces no kedamo sin abitacion con todas las maletas a empezar a buscar aber dónde encontramos es una falta de responsabilidad
