Hotel Al Harmain Tower

My worst experience of stay in karachi the pillow and bed sheets were dirty and after several requests they did not replace it.
The breakfast area was next to the wash room which was very stinky and after demand we were served with fired eggs and the staff literally throw the salt and pepper sachets on our table.
The staff was not supportive and arrogant

Overall average hotel but have a real location in Saddar Karachi market, easy for shopping from saddar Karachi and easily connected with Shahrah Faisal towards Karachi Airport, also easily moved to Clifton and beach

When I booked hotel online . The description was given that 2 king size bed and one small bed.but when I reached to the hotel and when they gave me the room only one bed was there and there was no bed for children .When we asked the owner Mr.farooq he said this room for 2 not for 4 .online is not true we Did not upload but on booking .com it is uploaded from the hotel . He asked 2000 Pakistani ruppes pet day. He was talking to us so roudley . When we said him to make some different breakfast he refused we have fixed breakfast.and breakfast was not good . I recommend not to go in this hotel.only one thing is good of this hotel location is good .room are not good

I booked this through the recommendation of karachi bohora jamaat. I called them to reserve a room to stay for 10days for our maharram congregation which held in karachi. The person received my call, his name is farooq (The owner), he told me he reserve if i pay him full amount in 2hours time which i managed to do that. I was given a receipt with a room no. which i booked but unfortunately when i reached there they changed. They told me,that room has already been given to another guy who must have paid more money. This was not right, but i didnt have choice and was tired after long journey. They (Mr.Farooq) gave me the staff room in to stay. Very poor and dusty room. See this photo which taken from my room window. The breakfast and the hotel service very poor.
Mr Farooq is not man of word.
I dont recommend this hotel any one.

Did not honour our bookings from booking. Com and we had a tough time in karachi.

Please avoid this hotel while booking online.

Rooms were not good and too small and congested.

Only location is good otherwise nothing worth.

I have booked this hotel from Booking,com reached with confirm booking but they refused to give the room as room charges were increased due to event by Bohra Jamaat,
Person at reception has no answer about my confirm booking by booking.com and he misbehaved also.

If you are on a budget, looking for a clean room with all the basic mod cons like a/c, fridge, tv, comfortable bed, modern toilet without the frills, then you cant go wrong by staying here for Pkr. 3250 a night. This includes a very hearty pakistani breakfast consisting of nihari, qeema, aloo chana, halwa puri , eggs and naan. However you get what you pay for, so do not expect 5 star service and reliability. However for the money charged it is all very adequate. The one downside is the immediate outside environment, which is noisy, dusty and the roads of saddar are all completely dug up. This was an eyesore and onr could not consider going out of the hotel for a leisurely walk. Transport is essily available, with rickshaws and taxis available in abundance outside thr hotel. There is also a modern shopping mall adjacent to the hotel, which has a nice food court and good multiplex cinema.

This is hotel and restaurant, we have used it's restaurant services, we like thier soups specially hot n sour is delicious. I have also tried thier chicken mayo roll and tikka both are very tasty.

It has accommodation facilities, you can avail all required facilities there in reasonable price.

I was there last November 2015, The recption man told me he would charge me less than the amount which I paid, I told told them I paid 2000 rupees in Nov 2014 and one reception man said he would charge me 3500 and other 4000.

I said wait a minute you told me youll charge me less as or same price as I was a regular, but they argued and finally I ended up paying 3000 rupees instead of 2000 rupees or below, totally disgusting

Breakfast was horrible and no were near a even 1 star level.

Since 2010 till now when ever I visit karachi I stay in this hotel mostly twice a year

Honestly, I do not write reviews often but I had to write one for this stay. I came here with my family for a one night stay due to our early arrival for the airport. We were recommended this hotel and honestly regretted it moments after we checked in.

First off, I was provided with One towel for each room. I had to ask them to clean the room but they did not do a good job. I requested for towels from the morning until evening and finally got two more for each room. Which still was not enough. The sheets weren't clean and the room could use some upgrades.

I asked for Iron and was told that I had to get my clothes pressed through their service. I asked for a glass of ice I was charged for a whole bowl.

There was one older gentleman at the reception who was very friendly and offered to help which I appreciated. He was very kind. When I asked what was included in my stay, I was told no breakfast or such things even though on here it says that free wifi and breakfast.

My stay was horrible and I'm not saying your stay might be the same but I would reconsider since this place needs some work done to its staff and appearance.

Family run good three star hotel offering value for money, accommodation, friendly staff, the restaurant serves very reasonably priced meals. Pakistani dishes were good, but don.t try the steak which was not nice.

Nice experience. Stayed there with family of four for two days the first time and one day the second time. Overall nice experience. They dont have internet cafe as advertised in their brochure though. The guy at the reception said we have wifi now so we no more offer internet cafe service with computers.

I have stayed in this Hotel for one night , the good thing is they offered early check in and offered a late check out, Rooms are ok but need more refurbishment and a lot more work to be done ,simply it is a budget hotel

Best location in Saddar with easy approach,surrounded by busy business area busy almost all time and providing best shopping options of many types. Room was very good and spacious with clean bath room. Room service was also good but a bit slow at some times. Atmosphere is friendly. Worth to stay here.

I've not stayed in this hotel but they've ruined my whole 2 weeks trip. I booked a room in this hotel for 12 days and was traveling for a very personal reason and did not inform my relatives that I'll be in karachi. I was amazed when one of my relatives send me my flight number whereas I've not informed a single person apart on the booking form of this hotel. It is clear that they give a damn to their guest's privacy. I've immediately cancelled my booking and will never recommend this hotel to anyone because anyone's privacy is far more important than the services and cheap rates

This was my second visit to this hotel and I stayed there for a week. Most of the employs including the general manager recognized me even after several years. They were all very welcoming, courteous, prompt and helpful to name a few. Most of the staff from the person(s) on the entrance to the room service to the dining hall to the breakfast area were most attentive and helpful and naming one or two would be injustice with the rest.
As a mid price hotel in Karachi it was not free from its usual problems like lack of Wi-FI in the rooms, table lamps for reading and electric iron. However, the washing and ironing services were available almost free. I did get free and decent Wi-fi in the room via some other place at a good speed! The room had few free electrical outlets but I could easily charge my laptop and phone that had two flat pins and would connect directly to their 220 volt outlets. One needs to make sure that their equipment can handle 220 volts prior to using them.
The most imp point about my second stay at this hotel was I feel safe there. Their staff is trustworthy, they arrange a taxi, private car or other transportation without any risk to the guest which is a great comfort to the guests. This time I did not stay there each night but I felt safer there than home. When I go back I would stay there again.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in december for 2 weeks ideal location in the heart of the city very helpful and polite staff clean rooms excellent service, the in house food is of top quality great buffet breakfast I used to stay at sheraton and Avari but tih place is tops at a very resonable price Would not stay any where else highly recommended As a entusastic golfer transport was available for me to visit all the golf courses in the city had an excellent time here.

Al Harmain Hotel is the best hotel in Saddar. It far exceeds the Sarawan Hotel which is across the street. Al Harmain has great rooms, great food, and great buffet breakfast. The staff is wonderful, especially the waiters in the restaurant. Would not stay anywhere else.
