Front desk guy tried.
It smelled bad. We tried 3 different rooms. All had issues. One had broken glass all over the window sill. Broken TVs, fridges not turned on (we book based on that because we have medicine). Then guy was like ok we’ll cancel the reservation, we still haven’t gotten our refund.
The carpets were dirty. It was acceptable but nothing to
The breakfast was none existent. A few stale piece of bread. Pancake syrup but Jo waffles or pancakes. Juice was empty ( a carton) no milk. It was a complete joke
This is only an emergency stop. And our TV wasn’t working no channels
It was an affordable motel in a sea of expensive places to stay in the area.
Had dirty towel on the back of the door. The tub was dirty. The place has so much potential to clean up financially with a renovation or top down repairs. It is the most costly place to stay in the area. Im not saying this as a dig towards the facility because the people who worked there were very nice and personable but a small bit of investment in the building or maintenance would go a long way towards a better experience.
I wanted to be near the National Park and I liked the historic town of Wibaux.
The business has staffing issues.
Not one thing!!
After trying to check in to 3 different rooms that were disgustingly filthy we were forced to leave and find other accommodations!! We are demanding a refund +! There were bugs on the bed and in the bathroom. The sink, counter and mirrors were dirty. The floors were dirty!! The so called manager was not helpful at all and needs serious training in customer service and hospitality!! It was the worst experience we've EVER had while traveling . Like I said, we demand a refund for this and the monetary cost to drive farther and find a decent hotel!! 😡ðŸ˜
.
Staff was friendly and at the desk when we arrived late. Was very peaceful. Very small town. First town you drive through in Montana.
Window to room was ground level so was a half basement room. Towels were dingy looking, bathroom could have been cleaned a little better.
We did not stay overnight. The room's beds were made up with very wrinkled bedspreads, sheets and pillowcases. There were also stains on the sheets of both beds. We left after about 20 minutes and lost our payment.
It was not a clean or well-cared for facility.
We were looking for a place near Theodore Roosevelt National park and this place was 30 minutes away. Therefore we liked the location. I also think it was correctly priced at $55.
My husband and I have stayed in motels all over the country and this is the worst one we’ve stayed in. The smell of cigarettes permeates, there was dirty underwear left in our bathroom, and there were stains everywhere including what looked like a large blood stain on the carpet. There are also people living here permanently which adds to the overall vibe. If your only requirement is a bed, this is the place for you.
It was clean and when the staff was available they were nice
They don’t have 24 hour staff available and they are doing a lot of construction
We were caught in a blizzard so the location
The room had 2 sources of heat. They consisted of a thru the wall ac unit and a wall register controlled by a thermostat on the wall. The front desk person was great I wish I remembered her name. She told us she turned on the heat in the room but when we got in we turned up the thermostat. Well it turns out only one heat source can be used at a time and we blew a circuit breaker somewhere. We didn’t find this out until checking out so it was a cold night.
breakfast was a little sparce...no juice...brick of cream cheese that you had to open each time you or someone else used it
rooms not being made everyday...breakfast need more variety and 1 more waffle maker would be nice
Clean
There was no heating, and my family and I were very cold because it was freezing the day we stayed there
Basically nothing.
Rooms were smelly, like dirt and smoke altogether, someone tried to open my door, there was a dirty towel hanging in the toilet, the room given to us was not ready… We had to complain about it to receive a new one because they did not even know, kitchen and utencils were very dirty, food was kind of old and anti-hygienic, AC was very outdated so heating was difficult, almost impossible! TV was not working so I had to play with it to make it work, and we had to wait for checking-in like a lot, as well as we had to leave the keys in the box when checking-out cuz the réceptionnist was not there.
