Pros:

Staff were nice. Beds were super comfortable.

Cons:

We didn't realize these were extended stay rooms. Our room smelled like wet dog because they just washed the carpets from pets I'm assuming, it was super humid, bathroom cabinet smelled like cat litter and pee.

Pros:

Overall very clean and comfortable. Clean towels and linens. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Excellent hotel and very affordable!

Cons:

There was a small water leak in the shower head that was causing some water damage and mold. I told the front desk when we checked out and they sent the maintenance man up right away to fix.

Pros:

The ADA room was perfect for a wheelchair . The large bathroom had plenty of room, I could wheel under the sink, grab bars everywhere and hooks I could reach!
Also the bed was low for transferring and had a large recliner I could transfer into and out of!!

Baseball Tournament Stay
Pros:

My husband and I needed a last minute hotel room. After looking at a few different options, we settled on My Place Hotel (Council Bluffs). The front office staff was incredibly friendly and the room, bathroom, and sheets were IMPECCABLY clean. We had two dogs with us - this is a pet friendly hotel for a minimal fee. Great place to stay for those traveling to Omaha for baseball!

No breakfast but I understand why cuz they come with kitchens but still donuts or cinnamon rolls with the complementary coffee they offer would be nice

Did not like the beds, outdated not comfortable at all seem old
