Pros:

Person at desk was great! She was very helpful and took care of issues quickly and very nice.

Cons:

Wi-Fi was weak. Breakfast setup not great. Don’t like that you have to pay for dinnerware. Kitchen in room nice but no utensils, silverware, pans, etc. Not very functional kitchen without cookware.

Clean and quiet. Location to downtown isn’t too far. Overall decent place to stay.
Pros:

Although it’s a little outdated it’s very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

It was a little pricey for the location and the fact that it’s outdated. However, I believe this was due to a large convention in the area.
