Cleanliness:- well done to the cleaning team. Keep it up.

Cons:

stayed for 5 days. The breakfast was a disaster. The bread was stale, reported several times to several people, but no one cares. Sometimes eggs were not offered at breakfast. you have to wait for the eggs to boil whenever they are available. limited cereal choices (only 2). The selection of breakfast options is severely limited. The cost does not justify the value. For the price, you can eaily find another hotel which maybe closer to amenities. There is a very steep hill to go to the Padre Pio sanctuary. A 30-min walk to the centre of San Giovanni Rotondo.

Struttura molto grande e pulita. Camere spaziose. Ristorante con cibo ottimo e di qualità. Posizione perfetta e ampio parcheggio interno.

All the staff was very carefully and friendly. The food was great, and the hotel is quite close to Sanctuary of Pio - you can walk around 5-10 min max.
