ottimo punto di riferimento per un soggiorno a san giovanni rotondo
Pros:

La posizione ottima per raggiungere i luoghi di Padre Pio. La camera e l'intera struttura dell'hotel confortevole. Il personale estremamente accogliente e cordiale. ho pranzato presso la struttura e mi sono trovato benissimo sia come qualità del cibo che per il prezzo. La colazione compresa nel prezzo non eccessivamente fornita ma sufficiente. L'hotel nel complesso quindi ha ottenuto la piena approvazione.

Tutto!! Che dire...hotel davvero a 4 stelle...molto curato, elegante e dotato di ogni comodità. Parcheggio gratuito al coperto, servizoo navetta, bagno accessoriato, balcone vista santuario.
Le stanze grandi, pulitissime!! Lo staff pulizia cortese come pochi, davvero attente a tutto e quindi camere profumate e pulite, una gioia dormire lì.
Colazione ricca e varia...sia dolce che salata..sempre riassortita, elastici negli orari, servizio amorevole da parte del Signor Antonio che ci portiamo nel cuore. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare!! Grazie!

Nonostante avessi avvisato la struttura nel primo pomeriggio che ero rimasta in panne in autostrada a causa di un grave guasto della macchina, ho comunicato che eravamo alla ricerca di un meccanico in zona che avrebbe potuto aiutarci per metterci nuovamente in cammino, senza purtroppo riuscirci in tempo, la struttura mi ha comunicato che purtroppo la penale dipendesse da booking e non da loro,ma non è così.. A parte la poca chiarezza mi aspettavo un atteggiamento più comprensivo e umano essendo in viaggio con dei bambini piccoli e il motivo religioso per cui ci stavamo recando lì. Proprio da una struttura importante come la vostra mi aspettavo un trattamento diverso,una soluzione diversa per non danneggiarci ancora di più.
