Location
Pros:

The location of this hotel is excellent. You can see the river and it is only a short walk to the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Pros:

Great view, by the River Cam, authentic decoration.
Breakfast was tasty, but was mostly sweet bakery. It would be nice to have more protein (like boiled eggs, omelette etc), fresh vegetables and greens.

Cons:

Rooms need some maintenance. Bathroom ventilation was quite noisy. And the flush. I tried to avoid the bathroom during the night, not to wake up other guests.

Pros:

Location very good and food in the reastrant very good although times were a bit limited but you were made aware of this.The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

We were in the annex and the room was fine bit the sound proofing was at best was very poor which did not make for a good night's sleep. We could hear the people above very clearly.

I would absolutely come back and stay here again!
Pros:

The location was perfect for what I was needing, and I loved having a view of the river. I enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel overall, and was very comfortable. I also appreciated the woman at reception who ordered my taxi. It gave peace of mind.

Cons:

My toilet was a bit wonky. I told the housekeeper and she reported it, but it was still a bit wonky.

Enjoyable stay in a good location with plenty to see and do.
Pros:

There was a varied choice at breakfast time and the cooked English breakfast was also good. The evening
Meals we're also good with plenty to choose from the menu.

Cons:

The problem seems to be the staffing levels in the afternoons and evenings. Staff seemed to be bouncing between the bar and the restaurant with people waiting to be served!!?

Ambiente lindo e confortavel .
Sem contar que o cafe da manha é otimo cafe cuado

Cons:

Nao ter elevador , pelo menos tinha que ter um mensageiro para ajudar a subir com as malas , escadas estreiras muito dificil su =bir e descer com malas pesadas

Pros:

The staff who worked in bar and restaurant absolutely fantastic
Food very good

Cons:

More emphasis on selling you food / drinks then explaining where your room located.
Went up 6 flights of stairs with bags b4 finding room.
Booked directly at hotel never told no lift
Hair in cups
Room tired
Bar shuts at 10 pm when everyone having a good time
The older lady at breakfast is in wrong profession so darn rude. She needs to take example from the others who were first class

Good location, but wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

The location was good. Was able to park at the hotel for a price of £18 per day, plenty of parking spaces

Cons:

Had an issue with the booking as I wanted to change it to 3 people. Phoned hotel, spoke to Agnes who unfortunately wasn’t helpful and quite rude on the telephone. However, other staff members seem pleasant. Managed to change hotel room via booking.com. Stayed 2 nights and found insects/bugs in the bed and the room wasn’t serviced so no tea/coffee facilities in the room the next day. There was a note to say there were staff shortages.

We enjoyed our stay , all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They are a credit to the hotel.
Pros:

Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable

Cons:

The view of the hotel at the front of the property gives the impression of a large garden, however it is actually a park across the road.
