Late night hotel staff not so friendly and didn’t explain why my room was changed to a different floor as I had my grand

Gave our room away after it was reserved to be next to our second reserved room
Light above bathroom sink was broken and had to get ready without peoper lighting.

Location, good breakfast and the pool was nice. Staff was very friendly

Cons:

Our room wasn’t very clean. Bathroom , bedroom floor and things in the room wasn’t cleaned the proper way for someone to stay in a nice room that had a previous rating.

El hotel estuvo bien

Cons:

Debido a que la reserva se hizo por booking. No cuenta la reserva para acumular puntos de membresía Hilton. Por lo que en futuras oportunidades podría lo convenir hacerlo por booking sino directo con la cadena hotelera. Eso debería mejorar.

My first time staying at a home 2 sweet hotel and I was amazed. The breakfast was PHENOMENAL.
