飯店位置與每天清潔這點很滿意, 按摩浴缸無法使用很失望, 洗澡水忽冷忽熱要小心

地點熱鬧方便/ 樓下就有很多餐館不用擔心沒東西吃/ 巷口就有便利商店/ 房務人員每天都會清潔房間/ 房內空間大還有小客廳

標示每間房都有按摩浴缸, 卻故障無法使用, 向櫃台反映也只回應近期維修中... / 水溫忽冷忽熱/ 房內只有一個小小掛衣架 冬天外套厚衣物太多沒有地方掛/ 2樓有免費洗衣機2台及烘乾機1台, 使用的人多要等待, 第一天烘衣時間還有46分左右就被下一個使用者拿出來放在外面導致衣服根本沒乾; 第二天晚上9點多等到凌晨1點都還有人在使用, 只好隔天早起再使用 卻被惡意丟入大量衛生紙???

Très bel hôtel ! La chambre est très spacieuse + on ne manque de rien. L’emplacement est idéal pour se déplacer dans la ville, à 10 minutes du métro. Je recommande :)

싱글 트윈 예약했고 밤늦게 체크인했는데
싱글 더블로 업그레이드해서 그나마 숨쉴 틈이 있었어요

Cons:

1박이고 3월1일 체크인이 가능한 유일한 선택이었어요
새 시트 베개커바였는데 흰 시트 베게커버가 누렇게 찌들었고 찌든 냄새가 나서 집에서 가져간 타올을 깔고 베개 사용했어요 시트커버는 삶아서 세탁하데라도 누렇게 찌든 것은 아예 교체를 하시라고 조언하고 싶네요

平日泊まりなら、私は好きなホテルです。
Pros:

西面駅から近く、ロッテホテル裏にあり、買い物、カジノ、食事する店も多いので、便利で、日本語解る愛想の良い男性スタッフが居ます。

ウォシュレットトイレでしたね。

Cons:

価格は土日は高めですが、平日は手頃だと思いますね。

CP值高、環境乾淨、符合我的住宿需求
Pros:

此次2大2小入住(5y、8y)，預計尋找坪數大、乾淨、價格合宜、兩大床、有地熱、房間有桌椅方便放食物用餐、有大浴缸、飯店有洗/烘衣機(不一定要在房間內，但飯店一定要有)、附近熱鬧、離地鐵站不遠、飯店要無限供水或有飲水機…等符合以上條件的飯店。最好還可以選擇不含早餐(因為我們都睡到開心才出門)

由於此次是冬天入住，要參加kk滑雪的一日遊，集合地點在西面，我也不想換飯店，所以選擇尋找西面站附近符合條件的飯店。網路尋找後，lion hotel有符合以上條件，實際入住也很開心，房務姐姐都打掃的很用心，每天回房間後都有整理也有更換新毛巾、赤腳貼地能感覺地板的乾淨。

有地熱真的太重要的！小孩每天都賴在溫暖的地板上也不怕著涼，洗好的衣服或滑雪裝備放在地面上，隔天就乾了！房間如果覺得太溫暖，窗戶還可以打開通風。床鋪不會軟得不好睡，剛坐上去有點硬，其實是支撐力很強的床，連睡四晚都很舒服不會身體酸痛。會推薦給朋友，有機會也會再選擇回住！

入住當晚有兩位櫃檯人員，女性櫃檯人員服務態度很好，而且男性櫃檯人員的態度相比之下不親切。在我送女性檯櫃人員臺灣伴手禮(餅乾、糖果)的時候，他才抬頭與同事交談，然後看了一眼我送的東西就哧笑說一些話，雖然我聽不懂，但感覺不是很尊重客戶的態度，至少我人還在前台，是否也該等客人離開再表達個人感受？
