Pros:

朝食無しプランで連泊しましたが、中国の宿泊施設としては珍しくお風呂があります。
食事は近所に遅い時間まで営業している飲食店や商店も多く困らないでしょう。

境然將我們所定的房間租了给他人，使我們去到杭州差些瞓街，真不知所謂。
希望貴公司將此酒店列入黑名單內，以免其他人遇到了同樣的对待。

The hotel did not honour my confirmed reservation
Pros:

Bad experience.A confirmed reservation for 4 nights stay was made through expedia about a few weeks earlier for the 2 bedroom loft .However ,when I arrived , the hotel said there is no room available for me .
This is the worst experience I ever had as it caused so much inconvenience for me and my family.

Amazing location and a room for improvement
Pros:

My biggest gripe is no English-speaking staff-- you've got to have some basic Mandarin or you'll end up struggling with whatever your smartphone can offer. The bathroom cleaning also needs to be more thorough. Being steps to He Fang Jie and 15 by bike to the Railway Station beats these minor inconvenience though.

Convenient location with good public transport
Pros:

The hotel is situated in the old part of the city and near the city railway station. Public transport is easily accessible to some of the sites and cheap. The hotel staff are exceptionally helpful but amenities basic. No breakfast, it was included at time of booking.
