Staff was friendly
The deadbolt didn’t work, there was no lotion, the room was cold despite having the heat on. Coffee area in the room needed stocked better.
Location was great to Notre Dame. Shuttle bus was available to transport fans. Food was decent.
Place was decent. Housekeeping was supposed to come every other day, they showed up on last day to clean and did limited cleaning. Took out trash, nothing was restocked. Had to call front desk for toilet paper. That should not happen.
Good equipment
Great place to stay for the football game weekend. Lots of amenities nearby.

Everything. The location was close to everything we needed. The staff was exceptional and the hotel was very clean.
The breakfast area was rather crowded. I felt it needed more serving space with warmer dishes. We didn’t care for the small warmer for the eggs and sausage.

Loved every moment
Traveling and only stayed one night. Spacious room - clean and quiet. The only complaint was when we walked into the room, it wreaked of cigarette smoke. It was reported to the front desk, so we won’t be charged a fee. Other than that this is a place I would stay again.
We were on the first floor and our room was infested with ants. I have multiple bites on my body and itched all night, same with my daughter. We had to throw away most of our food that we had on the counter. We couldn’t even have drinks out without ants coming at them. I didn’t mention it to staff because there was also dead ants in the corners by the table and especially in the bathroom so it seems like they know. The rooms aren’t the cleanest. Spots on the sheets, toilet paper pieces on the sleeper sofa, and the floors/tables were sticky. The pool is small and freezing. Coffee wasn’t available in the lobby 24/7 as advertised and that’s a huge thing when I stay places. The coffee in the room doesn’t taste the same. The breakfast is ok but they need to offer fresh fruit besides apples. The staff was very nice and I would stay again if they could fix that ant issue.
When we arrived, staff Charles checked us in. He was so patient and helpful. He made check in a breeze and answered all our questions about the area. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.
Since traveling with four kids, it was convenient to have a hot breakfast included with our room. We also used the workout facility which was nice and clean. All of the equipment was operable.
The room was a little expensive one night was 259.00 plus tax.
The carpet squares were disgusting. Stinking and filthy.
Great stay!
Our room smelled “doggy” or like feet. We checked in very late and just needed to sleep so we were desperate. All of our other Hilton stays at other locations have been lovely. The shower grout had black stuff on it and it was a cramped space. It just felt dingy.
