Lovely stay. Great location.
Pros:

Lovely breakfast, friendly atmosphere, big room, good location. Handy having a carpark.

Nice older building worked into a good bed and breakfast hotel, great staff and location
Pros:

Location and car parking included are the obvious ones.
The breakfast is good with very friendly staff who cook it as you order
The rooms are much larger than is typical, a bonus n a warm summer day
I've stayed here several times a year since it opened and it was getting tatty but they've reworked it nicely and it's well worth the money.... Good pub over the road if you need to eat or dink in the evening

Well run hotel. Large Clean bedroom.
Pros:

Clean environment and seemed well organised.
Large clean room but small double bed. We are both rall, so bed was aquashed and I did not sleep well.

Cons:

Although we were leaving early at 4.30am some easy breakfast which we had paid for, would have been welcome as we had a long journey abroad that day.

Another return visit!
Pros:

Warm, comfortable, very clean. Large room. Great parking and good cooked breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent location, an easy walk to town centre.

Would stay here again
Pros:

Hotel was a £10 uber ride to centre. For us it was a one night stay - warm and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and it was surprisingly quiet during the night. Nice little pub across the road 'The old spring' also does greek food.
Loads of parking and card access after hours. Breakfast room was bright and nice and staff were accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou.

Value for money, great location, comfortable stay.
Pros:

The location was amazing and it was very reasonably priced, especially considering the location and parking provision. The bed was really comfortable. Our room was in a quiet location (at the top, at the back) so we slept well. The staff we met were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. We couldn't stay for the Full English but really appreciated being given gf options and a wide range of things to eat and drink.

Cons:

The decor is a bit dated/faded - and musty smelling in the hallways - and some people would struggle to get their bags up to the top floor, though it wasn't a problem for us and we appreciated the exercise.

Good hotel close to city centre.
Pros:

The family room was a good size.
Breakfast was good. The staff really friendly, especially the two ladies who served us breakfast. Safe car park, easy walk into the city centre.

Cons:

Family room only had a bath, no shower facilities. Plastic jug to help wash hair.
