Shabby, not chic
Pros:

Location was great for wandering around the town. Very convenient to have parking.
Breakfast was fine, certainly enough food offered.

Cons:

It's a sad place really, in need of some attention. It's not so much the 70s/80s decor, it's the general neglect. Ruckled carpet, cobwebs on the ceiling, thick dust on the phone, mold in the bathroom. Such a tiny bathroom, difficult to do anything in it. Breakfast room has seen a coat of paint and somewhat recent carpet and chairs. The exterior could use some attention as well, nothing like dog poo on the path to the door, so inviting!!

Mounting a TV on a wall without any adjustment for viewing was daft!!!!!

God morgenmad, god afstand til byen og hyggeligt.
Pros:

Lækker morgenmad der bliver lavet friskt. Damerne dernede er søde og hjælpsomme. Dejligt med en stor parkeringsplads og den lå med en god gå afstand til byen, så vi gik igennem parker for at komme der ind.

Cons:

Vi boede på kvisten og det er nogle små trapper de har i bygningen. Derudover havde vi en ventilation på badeværelset så larmede ret meget. Så meget at vi gik der ud kun med lyset fra vores telefoner, for ikke at tænde den. Vi sagde ikke noget mens vi var der, for vi så kun dem der serverede morgenmad og ingen andre.

Cambridge ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, unsere Unterkunft eher mäßig.
Pros:

Am besten in dem sehr in die Jahre gekommenen Hotel hat uns gefallen, dass die Innenstadt von Cambridge fußläufig zu erreichen war, überwiegend durch Parkgelände. Hinter dem Hotel konnte auf einem Hof unser Auto kostenlos geparkt werden.

Very enjoyable. Good location. 10 minute walk over the small bridge Jesus college and town.
Pros:

Freshly cooked breakfast and good portions. Friendly staff all round. Good off road car parking. Room at the back was quiet.

Cons:

The house needed a bit of external TLC on the windows. Didn't affect the room.

incheck, ontbijt, bed en matrassen sliepen goed, lichte kamer, lekker ruim ook, vriendelijk personeel, veilige parkeerplek, douche werkte zoals het moet

Goed hotel voor een bezoek aan Cambridge.
Pros:

Het hotel was prima van binnen, maar wel nogal vervallen aan de buitenkant. Daar wij begrepen hebben, zijn er nieuwbouwplannen voor het hotel, dus misschien had het daarmee te maken? Het Engels ontbijt was goed, maar het continentale ontbijt was echter nogal pover. Kamer was ook in orde. Wel heerlijk dat je gelijk je auto kunt parkeren, ook al waren we veel te vroeg om in te kunnen checken.

Cons:

Continentaal ontbijt. Het hotel ligt ook aan een drukke weg, maar wij hadden gelukkig wel een kamer aan de achterzijde waardoor het 's nachts toch wel stil was. Het is zeker 25 minuten lopen door het park naar het centrum. Voor ons prima te doen, maar het centrum is dus zeker niet dichtbij.
