Like it but booking was very confusing.
Cons:

When we booked it, we received a confirmation that everything gonna be okay, we came as first customers early in the morning, but there were not early check in, so we left our bags and decided to go for a walk. Once we came back in the evening we were very confused because staff people told us that there is no rooms available and wanted to send us to another hotel without breakfast available saying that it is much better. Finally they figured out a king suite for us for just 2 days to stay and the we should check out and check in again. This was very confusing.

WiFi is lagging from time to time and food is good but not exceptional, I would say breakfast is pretty the same every day.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. Valet and Service were great. Location was great. Room was comfortable but view was not the greatest. Like that the roof was clean and restroom was there.

Cons:

the room view was not good. we opened up the curtains and saw a brick wall. i'm sure we will be back to this location and will ask for a better room with view.

Pros:

The staff was great. They answered all my questions, provided us a map of the area and tips is about local events going on for the weekend. Valent and front desk staff where awesome. Our room was nice and clean. We loved the hotel.

Cons:

When I booked, it didn't mention we would have to pay for parking. I wish this would have been mention in booking. This is my only complaint for the hotel

The area all around is full of homeless. You have to walk everwhere because parking is so bad. So you have to walk through the sea of homeless people when you go out. We won't be going back to Portland.

The location was HORRIBLE. It was in a scary neighborhood with drug addicts on every corner and no police in site.
