Go for the suite and enjoy the rooftop setting!
Pros:

The room was amazing and the pool was very kid friendly which is what we wanted.

Cons:

The staff was kind of meh... Valet was an extra $50 and there was not other good options for parking in the area.

Nice!
Pros:

Breakfast was great although it was crowded so some food items ran out for a bit. The GM was there and was quite kind and made everyone feel valued for staying there. The workout room could use some maintenance since a couple of machines were not working. Rooms were tight fitting, but clean and comfortable. Location was near several restaurants and shops.

Ideális szállás Portland felfedezéséhez.
Pros:

Jó elhelyezkedés, jó felszereltség - uszoda ill. edzőterem. Készséges személyzet, megfelelő nagyságú étterem.

Cons:

A reggeli időablaka kicsi - 9-ig lehet csak étkezni, ebből adódóan zsúfoltság.

Overpriced Room Filled with the prior guest's hair and management who thinks Sorry is sufficient.
Pros:

Location was convenient.

Cons:

Rooms are overpriced for what you receive, not better than a budget motel. Our room was dirty upon arrival and lacking towels. This hotel doesn't offer daily cleaning, and you'll have to request towels. On "cleaning day" the room was cleaned at 4:45PM totally interfering with getting ready for evening event. When bringing issues to the staff they merely respond with "Sorry" and thats it. I guess they feel like Sorry cures all issues. Stay away from this hotel. There are plenty of other options in this city. Guess what the GM wrote to me after filling out a hotel questionniare.... you guessed it here merely stated he was "Sorry". Thanks Hugh Chandler, GM. I will not be coming back to your establishment because you do not know how to run a hotel. Your staff runs the place however they see fit, and you permit them to.

Pros:

For such a nice hotel, I was expecting a little more than a regular continental breakfast.

Cons:

Rooms with a pull out couch should already have extra bedding in it.
Bathroom walls were a little dirty in our room.

Moderate priced clean hotel in the Pearl District.
Pros:

Liked location. We are fans of Hampton from other cities. Beautiful halls, well laid out and quiet rooms. Price point was moderate. Good sized room and big bathroom. Respectful front desk. Abundant breakfast buffet, although sausage and bacon are more appreciated than sliced bologna for breakfast.

Cons:

Rude male valet who lectured us for parking in “his valet space all night”. We didn’t see the sign listing the entire curb as valet. Parked at far end of “valet only signs” at 9pm, with other cars. Went out at 7 am to move car and found ticket and got his asshole lecture. We tossed ticket. Whoever you hire to police this $48 a day parking charge isn’t serving you. Portland is hardly Manhatten.

Solid place to stay.
Pros:

Great location, clean, comfortable. Laundry was fantastic to wash our clothes mid trip. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Solid hotel. Pool probably not our thing being indoors and strong chlorine smell.

It's worth it.
Pros:

The hotel looks new and is in a decent neighbourhood by Portland standards, close to various places of interest. Breakfast was OK, and there’s a gym and car park. The staff were friendly.
