Nice hotel in downtown Portland but could definitley use some better cleaning practices!
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was big! AC worked well!

Cons:

Saw a cockroach in an elevator full of others on the way to breakfast. Opted to eat elsewhere. I told the front desk about this and they blamed it on their policy of being pet friendly saying the pets drag in pests. I have dogs and cats and they don't drag in cockroaches. Also had a small stain on my bedsheets.

Great stay will come again!!!!
Pros:

The staff was extremely extremely nice and welcoming never been to a hotel where staff went out their way to.make sure we were happy.

Cons:

Cleaning is only every other day. You have to ask for room cleaning.
