Easy to find, Clean, Staff member was great.
We wished there had been a water & ice machine in the lobby area. Water was provided in a pitcher at the eating area but we saw several people filling up water bottles just while we were eating breakfast. It would be nice for that to be available at all times for guests.
Location is great, offering great views.
Breakfast, the choices are great how ever quality not so much. McDonald's down the road would be a better option. The only other complaint was the blackout curtains. They would not stay closed flooding my room with the bright parking lot lights.

Plan ahead for your shower. It took about 20 mins of water running to get the water hot enough to shower in. I also contacted someone about the pool not being warm. I was told (in text) that maintenance would come by to check the pool temperature. When we left, due to the water being so cold, I overheard some higher up staff saying that the pool is warm (clearly incorrect) but no one ever came to check while we were in the pool area. Yes, the pool ROOM was warm but the water was freezing. I almost wanted to tell that staff to go get in herself but I just continued to my room.
When booking they do not tell you the hours for fitness center. They are hard-core at 6 AM accessibility. This should be noted when booking.

Staff was very very nice, helpful. When upon arrival to our room we discovered I needed a different room due to a temporary disability. Staff immediately found me a room that worked and switched us to that room.
Both Rooms Smelled Like Dogs. Particularly the bathrooms like maybe people lock their Dogs in there. Clogged both our noses, affected our eyes. Wife had to take Sinus Medication which is not normal for her. Heard Large Large Barking Dogs and Small Yipping Dogs. Children in room above us running bam bam bam back and forth above us seemed like continously.
The breakfast was excellent Christmas Day and the day after, and then it was really lacking the rest of the time.

What a great Hampton Inn! We always love staying here. We love the staff here! They are amazing. We always enjoy a hot breakfast and welcoming breakfast staff. The little girl who’s having a baby is sweet! Diane is amazing.

The bathrooms weren’t very clean. It was very mediocre. Coffee was burnt and breakfast wasn’t good.
This hotel is amazing, the staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was delicious and Missy in breakfast was so nice and she kept the whole area clean the whole time. thank you Hampton Inn!!
So that you know I booked a room for 4 November standing in the lobby. It popped up as the 11th. There was no phone number that I could call. I could not cancel the room so I had to pay the hotel for the fourth and stay the night. I tried and tried to cancel the room through booking.com. It would not work they charged me $150 for the night no way could I get out of it? It looks like I’m gonna have to pay so I will delete the app off my phone and never use booking.com again ever ever ever ever ever. I do have a text from the Hilton hotel that I stayed at and they canceled my reservation for the 11th and said they would not charge me however booking.com still still still would not release the $150. How do you think I feel please tell me how do you think I feel

The front desk lady was a super star.
Room was not the suit I asked for, The people up stairs in the room above me was having a wrestling match. For two hours they was banging on the floor. This happend last April when I stayed there. I did say something to front desk. Nothing happened.
