Schönes Hotel, aber harte Doppelbetten und etwas enge Zimmer
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Der Stellplatz im Parkhaus ist kostenpflichtig, für Vielfahrer aber optimal. Man ist schnell im Zimmer, muss kein Gepäck weite Wege schleppen und bei extremer Hitze steigt man in ein Auto mit angenehmer Innenraumtemperatur.

Cons:

Das Doppelbett war für uns als Paar extrem hart. Die ersten zwei Nächte haben wir darum sehr schlecht geschlafen. Freundlicherweise wurde uns ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten angeboten. Darin schliefen wir die letzten vier Nächte gut.
Die Zimmer sind etwas eng und Ablage für Kleidung könnte mehr vorhanden sein. Im Winter dürfte es zu Problemen kommen.

Ansonsten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und das Hotel liegt sehr Verkehrsgünstig.
Pros:

Es war sehr sauber, Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Cons:

In dem Zimmer waren zu wenig Schränke. Es war sehr laut und Hellhörig. Das Frühstück war übersichtlich. Eine Bitte mal ein Spiegelei zu bekommen wurde abgelehnt mit der Begründung das für das Frühstück nur 5€ zur Verfügung stehen. Wobei wir das selbst bezahlen wollten. Ich denke das dieses Hotel nur für Kurzaufenthalte gedacht ist.

Dort werde ich nicht wieder übernachten.
Pros:

Leider nichts

Cons:

Der Teppich war sehr fleckig, es lagen Fingernägel in den Ecken.
Da Buffet war sehr langweilig und überschaubar. Es gab keinen Kontakt zum Personal.

Sehr Enttäuschend
Cons:

Dickes, schweres Winterdeckbett im Sommer, keine Gardarobe oder Kleiderhacken im Eingang, keine Ablage am Waschbecken bzw. Im Bad, für Handtücher für 1 Person nur Platz an 2 dicken Knaufen an der Tür, keine Haken oder Haltestangen, 2. Handtücher im Schrank im Schlafraum, Frühstück mittelmäßig, Tiefgarage zu teuer, keine Hotelinfo wie z.B. Telefonerreichbarkeit Rezeption etc.

Pros:

Comfortable room, good breakfast. Nice neighbourhood, but not near Altstadt or main station; but convenient to take Tram 2 from nearby stop. We chose this hotel as our car rental pickup was just across the road.

Cons:

Directions to the hotel could have been clearer/more specific from staff in pre-stay communications. (We got off the tram correctly, but made it to the hotel only with the help of a neighbourhood resident who saw how lost we looked trying to decipher Google map.)

Der Preis für die Tiefgarage ist einfach zu teuer.
Die hälfte wäre ok gewesen.

Cons:

Das der Wein ausgeht bzw nicht vorhanden war hatten wir uns nicht vorstellen können. Man lernt nicht aus.😁

Lage, alles war sauber!

Cons:

Frühstück war mittel, kein Müsli, Dosenobst. Im Vergleich zu anderen der gleichen Gruppe nicht so gut. Auch die Bar war nicht sehr gut sortiert!

A good location, but a bad uncomfortable stay.
Pros:

I liked the property as we could have our dog with us and we thought we found the perfect solution when we come to Frieburg.

Cons:

We had air conditioning not working, we called the reception atleast 3-4 times during our stay but no one ever picked up. The last evening just before the morning we had to check out, a lady from the reception came, she said maybe you guys feel more hot, i said sure but it is written that the air conditioning goes upto 19degrees and ours stays till 25degrees. Then she offered us to change the room, we didn’t want to as we didn’t want to disturb our dog and change his environment again plus the lady was pregnant so we didn’t want to bother. We didn’t mind the issue but not picking up any calls at the reception was really not nice plus when we came back to the room after one of our trips I heard someone else having air conditioning issues too, so i just feel they kind of knew the issue but chose to ignore it until they can. Pitty, we liked the location and the fact we could take our dog with us.
