glad we left when we did would've felt unsafe staying another night
Pros:

the apartment was big a lot bigger than we thought it was going to be and it had 2 balconies and one massive terrace which was very nice. it also had a washing machine which was handy.

Cons:

our room was covered in mould and the walls had makeup stains on them. the shower was a bit of a problem as the bathroom kept flooding. the staff were exceptional at check in we had a lovely lady but during our stay the security at night time and the male receptionist were very rude to me and my friends. since our apartment was on the top floor up about 5 flights of stairs, since it was just girls staying in the apartment we could not carry our 30kg suitcases up all the stairs so the boys that came with us but were staying in different accomodation decided to help us, during check in there was no problem they brought up the bags and left. but unfortunately for us on the way to check out in the middle of the night just one was coming up to help and we ran into the security who wanted to see his wristband. when we explained the situation the boy was dragged into reception by himself and we were all made wait outside, he was being shouted at by the male receptionist in a foreign language. when he came out we thought the problem was resolved but then the security started following us up to the room without saying a word. we got into the apartment and started grabbing out suitcases when all of a sudden the security was banging on the door and then he proceeded to let himself in without warning.very unprofessional and a very scary situation. the boy was then dragged out and thrown out by the security who tried to threaten him on the way down. BEWARE they don't allow you to bring people back to your room even just to help wit your bags

Decent but...

We stayed here from June 22nd to June 25th, and I’ll start by saying it is nowhere near as bad as some reviews make it out to be.
When we first arrived, we were a bit upset to find out there was a €300 per room security deposit required on a credit card, which wasn't mentioned when we booked. However, we did get the full deposit back at the end, so all good there.
One thing to note: considering the hotel seems aimed at stag groups, they are surprisingly strict about noise. The receptionist lacked manners and immediately started shouting and threatening eviction/loss of deposit over music being played on the balcony, rather than just politely asking us to turn it down. Definitely be mindful of that if you go.
On the plus side, our rooms were clean, comfortable, and served as a great base. The pool area had a decent atmosphere, and the bartender was really nice. Location-wise, it’s great—close to the New Town and very easy to catch an Uber into the Old Town. Overall, it was a decent stay and we can't complain too much.

Muito bom, fui muito bem atendida os funcionários muito gentis e simpáticos. Levei meu pet que também foi muito bem recebida e circulou tranquilamente pela propriedade sem problemas. Hóspedes muito gentis e amigáveis.

assolutamente niente.

avevo prenotato insieme ad un mio amico presso questa struttura e al momento del check in siamo stati rimbalzati dalla signora presente alla reception perché riteneva gli avessimo mancato di rispetto (cosa assolutamente falsa). si è rifiutata di farci accomodare e ci ha cancellato la nostra prenotazione. shockati dalla situazione abbiamo dovuto trovare un’altra sistemazione quando era già tarda serata. ancora oggi mi chiedo quale sia stato il motivo che abbia fatto arrabbiare in quel modo la signora. invito il titolare della struttura a trattare i propri clienti in maniera diversa.

A experiência neste hotel foi extremamente negativa. O ambiente encontrava-se visivelmente sujo, com falta de higiene em várias áreas. O banheiro apresentava sinais claros de mofo, o que torna o espaço desconfortável e inadequado para uso.

Além disso, o local tinha presença constante de baratas e outros insetos, o que demonstra falta de controlo de pragas e manutenção básica.

O atendimento também deixou muito a desejar, com funcionários pouco educados e sem cordialidade no trato com os hóspedes.

Infelizmente, não recomendo este hotel, pois não cumpre os requisitos mínimos de limpeza, higiene e qualidade de serviço esperados.
