The hotel was really clean and the breakfast was excellent nice access to the freeway and close to dining without really leaving the parking lot. The room was excellent and the outside pool was very relaxing

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hotel room. If the walls were not so paper thin and lack of insulation it might have been manageable. The lady in the adjacent room was just so verbally loud, talking at all times of the night, just having a conversation with someone else in the room. This was not s3x noises, just conversations! I thought about calling the front desk to complain then I also thought it wouldn't do any good to do so. So, I just dealt with it. To be honest, the only stake the hotel has a part in this experience is the poor quality of their wall construction. Most of this horrible experience was the result of the inconsiderate person in the other room. I will definitely remember this experience the next time I stay in this area of Northlake.
Stayed here while concluding the sale of our home. Always prefer Hilton products, and since we would be there 5 days/4 nights, choose a “suites” product for the extra space. The room set up nicely, enjoyed having something more than a mini-fridge. Shower pressure was great as well. One big issue however…
No housekeeping services! Went twice to the desk, was assured it was an oversight and we’d be scheduled for the following day, only to be disappointed again. Spoke with the housekeeper on our floor, who was surly and argumentative. Detracted from the overall quality of the stay.
Don’t mind making my own bed, taking out the trash, and retrieving fresh towels from the front desk everyday, but aren’t those services part of the room fee you’re charged?
My only issue and the reason for the rating, was the door. The door was cut too small or something and it left a small crack where you could see into the room. To me, this is an easy fix and should be fixed.
Desk welcoming, room was semi-clean. There was hair left in the shower. Breakfast was good. Decent selection compared to other places I have stayed.

My daughter had a business trip for Fidelity. I decided to tag along to spend quality time with my 19 month old granddaughter and treat it as a stay-cation.... and I must say, the staff wasn't just welcoming, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. My daughter said Simone & and Emily especially helped her each day with coordinating requests & packages being delivered for me to assist me with the childcare I was providing each day. They always offered to help carry packages or offer suggestions to nearby businesses to fit my needs. Special attention and recognition should be given to the staff- especially Rosalyn, the housekeeper that came to the 4th floor. She just radiates joy. Everyday she greeted my granddaughter by singing one of her favorite songs. My granddaughter always was so calm around her, when shes normally pretty hyper. What an incredible way to make us feel seen, safe and at home. Please know your team is fantastic from the front desk to the housekeeping. We will definitely be back if my daughter has another corporate trip.
