Beautiful and comfortable hotel. I would definitely recommend this place

The breakfast location on the roof was less than ideal. The room was cold and the breakfast not very good or warm.

The unaware charges. The only charge I knew about was valet parking because the breakfast was included with my booking and yet they’ve charged my card twice, and it’s been 5 days, and no manager has yet to reach back out! Highest hotel in the area and no pool. Didn’t feel comfortable in the William & Henry restaurant!

Great getaway for couples and anyone visiting this area. Best prices for this quality of hotel.
Pros:

The location is good if you are looking for a spot downtown. The hotel provides excellent service and accommodations with several different on-site restaurants. Nice , clean, spacious rooms. My wife loves the white robes provided in the rooms.

Great experience!
Pros:

This was such a nice hotel! And Jonathan was there when we arrived and when we checked out and he had outstanding service and was just so sweet and helpful!! And the front desk staff was excellent as well!! Beautiful hotel! Highly recommend!

Great Hotel
Pros:

We have been staying at the Virginian Hotel over the last 4 years and cannot say enough good things about this hotel.
Jonathan S. has greeted our family upon arrival for years and makes us feel so welcome. I have stayed at many other hotels and never get the welcome and service that Jonathan gives.
